HAVONA Boutique Hotel @ Mount Austin Reviews

We stayed here overnight and everything was smooth! We checked in at around 4pm, and there was an automated check in kiosk that we had to use. The room is not huge, but just enough for us. The toilet is clean and pretty aesthetic, water system is strong and there's a heater and most importantly, a pipe and also hairdryer. Toiletries and towels were all provided for, and there were 2 complimentary water. Aircon is also strong, and we had a water dispenser on our floor. Only thing is the tv connection wasn't strong, but we didn't use the TV much. Checkout was also a breeze. Thank you again!

Location is more on the remote side. Hotel is not flexible to allow early check in like other hotel. Unless u wan to pay extra for early check in. Cleanliness n comfort is good. Was surprised that the toilet looks new but toilet bowl has some bad stains.

It is a very quiet hotel from the lively area of Mount Aston, and the rooms are clean but need to maintain the furniture.

Overall is ok. I am unable to check in via kiosk as confirmation number is not found from kiosk. Luckily, hotel staff is assisted me to check in at podium. The time is acceptable for all the process.

Newly renovated hotel. Good for short overnight stay. Clean room. Convenient water filter located outside of room. Comfy bed. However, for room with glass wall separating bedroom from bathroom with just curtains to protect the privacy of those inside the bathroom, it feels a bit weird and worrisome especially for family with kid(s). But could be romantic for couples. Overall, good stay. Totally recommended to others.

Everything was pretty good except that one of the rooms we got had a very very strong stench of cigarette smoke, even though the room is non-smoking. The staff tried to mask it with some room spray but the scent lingered throughout the stay. ALSO, two persons claiming they were staff members came knocking at 11.30pm and 6.20am, and saying that they were looking for their 'friend'??? Which is very bizarre and suspicious, although they left without doing anything else. Just be careful if you are a single traveller. Also the room walls are very thin so be prepared to hear everything the rooms next to yours are doing, along with whatever noise comes from the area around the building.

The room is clean and nicely decorated. Like the layout of the room. Near to shopping area like Aeron mall, KSL, short drive away (10mins).

Automated check in. Hotel toilet drain smell a little. Overall good for short stay.

Really got an affordable value for a night, however wasn’t expecting the hotel was under renovation. The room given to us was great inspite of the undergoing repairs and location. Especially loved the design of the toilet & bath.

Everything is good, but the sound insulation is poor, and I can hear the sound of water when taking a shower next door! What is worthy of praise is the cleanliness and self-service check in and check out
