The cleanliness of the accommodation really need to improve. A lot of strands of hair on the bedsheets and pillows, the bedsheets were smelly and seemed like it was never changed. The spoon and plates had thick stains, and I had to soak in hot water to dissolve the stain. The oven door are full with oil stain too.

The location is very convenient as it’s super near to CIQ and with eateries and shops right below the apartment. Free parking during our stay. Keys collection is very easy and with very helpful staff patiently explain to us how to navigate to our apartment lift from the carpark. The view from our apartment was superb too. Rooms were clean but the bathroom amenities are limited so please bring along your own shampoo and body wash. The beds are a bit too hard for us too. There are 3 bathrooms in this 4 bedder apartment which is wonderful.

View is very nice and unblocked. Very high floor which is nice but not for those with a fear of heights, if you are looking down from the balcony 😁 Wifi is strong in the house and much needed as mobile internet is very unreliable at R&F phase 2 units. Have stayed in a few other units and the situation is the same. Other amenities are above average, but overall rather clean and comfortable stay. Those into Netflix have to use your own account though. Clear instructions to collect access cards but note to fellow travellers , there is a deposit required. Please bring along cash/ ringgit.

Ok laa...I'm a bit surprised no coffee or tea packet provided like other apartment I ever went...the bedroom slippers need to be improved the pillow too thin....toilet small...no coffee cup for hot drinks
