- Breakfast not bad
- The restaurant staff was rude, neglecting the counter but coming to the table to ask for a breakfast voucher while we were eating—truly embarrassing.

Last mininute booked a corner deluxe suite on the 7th floor. Room is clean and cosy. Staff are friendly in general. Breakfast is a bit below expectation in terms of taste and varieties. Overall, it is still a pleasant stay at valuable price :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pulai Springs Resort, and it was truly a memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and exceptional hospitality, making us feel right at home.
The resort offers a wide array of fantastic amenities that really made our stay stand out. The pools were pristine, and there was a perfect blend of relaxing spaces and fun activities. The fitness center had state-of-the-art equipment, which was great for staying active during our stay.

It wasn’t clean, we can smell the dust, we started sneezing once going into our room, luckily they changed our room upon request. Breakfast was okay, not bad and not good though. Some dishes was good, some okay. Staffs were friendly and polite. Bathroom not clean as well, we can see dirt under toilet bowl, and shower area. Swimming pool and kids area facilities good. We loved that part. Management should take responsibility to maintain the rooms. Cleanliness lacking if we talk about 4 star hotel. If it’s clean, it’s definitely worth the price. The rest was ok. 👍

great place and swimming pool, my family and i had so much fun. we spent 2 night there with 3 bedroom. the bedroom is hugeee! the breakfast is good with a lot of variety.

A great ambience for "healing" and family bonding - serene & therapeutic. Planning to hold our family day here some day. The only setback is the food availablity for dinner - no in-house food outlet is available; we have to drive out through the poorly lit roads.
