Johor Bahru Hotels with Swimming Pools

We have not been back here for over a year and got a newly renovated room on the 25th floor But guys, you can do better with the windows cos its all mouldy and unable to see clearly the beautiful view. Nonetheless, I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 1245pm. Their customer service is also commendable. The premium amenities with spa and wellness facilities offered us an excellent experience. (A separate price, just below Tower 2) We also loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend others for sure!

The room is very clean and spacious. Check in and out was fast and easy with the friendly staffs! The only thing I will suggest is to change the curtain railing, because the curtains can't cover up completely and the sunlight will shine in. Nevertheless, will still stay here for my next trip!

This is my 6th stay in Amari Hotel. We did a 3 Days & 2 Nights Stay over here. We were well received by the hotel staff as per usual. The service and ambience did not failed us at all. But we find that the hotel room which we are staying is near to the lift but l find it a bit cramp especially the door passage way which leads to the room. The toilet was a bit smaller than what l have expected it to be. And the flushing system has a bit of issues at times. But for the overall ambience of the hotel reception was good as it was beautifully decorated with the Christmas festive mood and the experience was perfectly good and fine. Both my mum and myself like it so much which also makes us come back here once again for our JB StayCation on an often basis. We have enjoyed the breakfast for the 2 mornings too. We will consider to be back for our next stay once again very soon. Thank you for having us once again.

Stayed in the newly renovated and expecting a good and positive stay but -.-z Requested for babycot and this is what exactly I received just babycot with no mattress 🙃 How do I even placed my newborn baby in without any mattress and not able to shift it up. It is unreachable to even place my baby there. The room and bed was so dusty that I can’t even have a good sleep on my 1st night. Non stop runny nose flowing to start my day. Called for in-room dining and took so long to answered the call. Call was being transferred for more than 3 times. Ordered and waited for 1hr + for the food that never came. Tired of waiting so I cancelled on the orders. Breakfast spread was ok nothing much.

The hotel needs a renovation and update with the interior. The room (Premier King) is very spacious but the space is not properly utilized. TV is very small. Wall scones are almost falling and sanitary wares are old. WiFi inside the room is okay. The aircon and mini bar fridge are old but still working very well. There were hairs in the bathroom when I checked in. For breakfast, the pancake (Jan 29th) and Apam Balik (Jan 30th) are very very delicious as well as the dimsum. The water melon however tastes like onion (Jan 30), I suspected it was the knife they use to cut the watermelon. The hotel has so much potential if renovated. I just noticed they are not observing safety as they are using the ledge in the corridors to make a temporary rack for towels and rugs while the housekeeping staffs are cleaning the rooms. These might fall on the atrium which might harm someone below.

It was a great experience from the check in to check out. The hotel staff I met was friendly. My staycation was a memorable one. The only feedback will be tje basement carpark there was a foul smell probably the sewage piping. Overall I’m pleased with the overall experience.

This hotel is considered new and location is pretty good. However we had some hiccups during check-in. My confirmed booking via trip.com as well as my sister’s confirmed booking via agoda were both not found in the hotel’s system, and we had to wait around 15minutes or slightly longer for them to sort out the reservation. It gave us a scare as we were worried there were no more rooms available. However the staff tried their best to help as promptly as possible. The room was spacious, view was amazing as we could watch all the fireworks during CNY. Breakfast spread was also amazing.

This hotel is old and rundown but offers budget-friendly rates for travelers. It used to be a 4-star establishment but has since dropped to 2 stars. The staff are friendly and helpful, though the hotel is located far from the shopping mall, making it difficult to walk to from ICQ. The surrounding area is quite dark at night. Breakfast is average with limited choices, but it’s a decent option for Singaporeans looking for a place to stay, especially when traffic to the immigration is heavy.

Very old facility, the bed cover and pillow cover are so black … really need to be changed, old bath tub, you need to climb in and out for shower No charging point and no hand towel in Toilet, all the charging sockets are so far away from the bed … very inconvenient… you can not enjoy lying on the bed, charge your phone and watch something… The room has certain kind of strong smell, can not breathe, maybe bleach or detergent… I have to change to another room which also has same smell, but not so strong, so I don’t want to bother anymore…

Capri is just directly behind the custom and there was a massive jam just to drive to the hotel. Just a 5 mins drive took me 1hr plus to turn to the hotel. The carpark is a maze. Even with directions, you would be confused. The room was clean just that that's a pungent smell in the toilet - literally a smell of a baby spoiled diapers in Room 1001. Feedback upon checked out. Hope they do something to it. There isn't anything to eat, so you will have to drive out to eat each time. Unless you don't mind the cafeteria downstairs. Otherwise be prepared to hit the jam over and over again. Highly likely will not stay over at Capri again due to the location.
