The manager seemed very shady. Overall vibe mot good. I won't be back. The hotel is pretty beat down too.

The staff is great. The room is clean. The breakfast is basic but good enough. However, the bathroom door has a hole on it.

Rodeo rest stop
It was conveniently located near the Fonda Fair grounds. Staff was friendly everything was modern and clean. Perfect for what we were looking for which was a place to crash after a long day at the Rodeo. We will be back in two weeks!

When I arrived to check in, I stated that I needed to extend my stay by a day (leave Thursday instead of Wednesday). They couldn't accomidate me in the same room, which I understood, and told me to check out of my first room Wednesday morning and into my second room at the same time. Instead of what I requested, the front staff booked me a second room for Tuesday night and then tried to charge me a no-show fee on Wednesday morning when I went to switch rooms. I had also requested a room of the same cost, which they said they could do, then placed me in a more expensive room and charged me fully for it.
I had been in town for a funeral and was too exhausted to fight it when I noted. Overall the service seemed shady.

Great place to rest my weary bones!
Liz at the front desk is so patient, kind, and amazing! I stay here monthly traveling for business. I accodentally locked myself out of my room. She came through for me! I felt old and stupid but she didn't make me feel that way. Kind and patient. Oh, and great room!

The staff was super kind and accomodating to the dance team. They even let us upgrade our room when we got there. The issue was the heat. Our room was extremely hot when we arrived and as the nught went on, it was very diddicult to cool down even with the windows open in the middle of winter. Becausenof thai we all got very little sleep the night before a competition. Everyrhing else was great!
