The location and communication from property manager was excellent, however, the cleanliness of the apartment was not great.

Very comfortable
Everything was as expected except for the flight 27 steps there is to enter the apartment. I have knee trouble and had difficulty with this. Everything else was wonderful.

Tiny little 1br apartment in small apartment complex. Very cool setup, freshly remodeled, record player and some vinyl (big plus!) and Brent was awesome with his communications. Was perfect for my 4 day work visit.

EWMA Rally
I stayed at your rental unit while I attended the Eagles Wing Motorcycle Association. It was very comfortable and affordable. EWMA of Tennessee will e holding their Ride-In down there in Johnson City next year-date to be determined. I will recommend your VRBO to others that will be coming to the Ride-In. Cozy
There were many nice things about our stay but I am most obsessed with the bed! The linens were SO soft and the mattress and pillows were great as well. I liked the quality of shampoo/body wash. I wish we had time to sit out by the fire pit it was very pretty.
