Stayed here twice within s week -- at the beginning and end of our trip to NY. Other than the wifi being a little spotty our stay was great!

The only ice machine onsite does not work. Even though the AC is set to 60, it is no way near that. The door sticks and takes an extra shove to get it closed. Even if it is only me, only one bath size towel? The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion?? No body wash?

Very good value but maintenance falls short.
The front desk is excellent to start off. I messed up my reservation and they honored my change request. The breakfast was very good given the cost of the stay. The only problem I had was the condition. My bathroom door stuck so bad because the bottom was completely rotted away. Also there was some stuff in the bathroom on the floor under the vanity that I was afraid to get close to. It might have been some hardened epoxy or caulk but to just leave it there?
The toilet would fill randomly in the middle of the night keeping me up. I should have spoken up and got a room change but I was exhausted from work.
It's a nice hotel but they are just letting it rot away.

The tubs drain was backed up so it filled with water while showering which was disgusting. And there looked to me mold in the closet where there was a previous leak.
