Convenient because at the motorway exit.
Satisfactory cleanliness in the room, however aging room. Bedding not the most comfortable in all my experiences in the area. Less satisfactory cleanliness breakfast place.
Friendly staff but... Price of the stay debited twice, once by trip and once by the hotel. Refund made by the hotel following my complaint but less than the amount taken due to the conversion usd EUR... And deposit still blocked at the bank, 1 week after the stay.

The bathroom was in need of repair. The shower/tub and toilet did not drain properly. The toilet paper holder was missing and a fresh roll of paper was placed on a shelf near the toilet, still in its wrapper. The bathroom looked like it had received a lot of use and efforts had been made to paint over the damage but the overall effect was "old and tired". The breakfast was good and plentiful. People were complaining about a noisy party the previous night- fortunately not on our floor!

Perfectly Acceptable Chain Hotel Experience
Had a perfectly satisfactory overnight stay at this hotel. Online early check-in saved time. Our requested floor preference was honored. The room was clean and pleasingly decorated, had a nice fridge and microwave. Wifi was good. Beds were a bit hard and mattresses needed turning. Free breakfast was better than many. Altogether a good stay.

The entire second floor smelled like cigarette smoke. There was dried toothpaste on the bathroom floor and little hairs (like whiskers) all over the bathroom shower stall walls. The carpets did not look vacuumed either. I told the front desk when I checked out. They did not seem bothered. This is my first negative review I have ever written which means it must have been very bad.

The housekeeping staff was wonderful, this place is truly accommodating to pets! We had a wonderful stay.
