Broken toilet in our room, terrible pillows, no hair dryer in bathroom, coffee in the room tasted very old. Fire alarm went off at 7am and woke us all up. I will not stay here again.

Amazing experience - pool was very heated, every where every one was cleaning or busy doing something. Breakfast was ample with choices and very good. Gym was like going to a professional gym with 50lb barbells

Location is central; rooms are small but clean; pool is warm, clean, with plenty of towels; and staff has been extremely friendly and helpful.

Great stay
Everything was top notch except for the television.
The guide did not agree with the stations so it was hard to find something to watch
In. Perhaps that is not a hotel issue but still annoying.

We were checked into an accessibility room that had a shower only with a shower head that was meant for someone in a wheel chair. Clearly we did not need that and since the shower was not in both regular and accesiblity, we should have been warned and offered another choice. I have had this happen at other Hampton's and Hilton chain hotels. The noise and poor room were very discouraging from an otherwise reputable brand hotel.

Nice Stay
Very clean property and room. Gentleman at the desk was very nice. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from for kids. Pool was nice and warm! Rooms are very quiet and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed in this property. I booked two queens and arrived to only a king available. According to the front desk staff, ******* sent the reservation in as a king and they were unable to move us. The room was not very clean…dust on the lamps and furniture and crumbs on the floor. The bathroom was not very clean. The tub appeared very old with black marks and rust stains. Our bed was quite hard and we spent the night tossing and turning. I have stayed in multiple Hampton Inns and this was about the worse one so far.

Family stat
Staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was meh, eggs had peppers in it so my kids wouldn’t eat it, waffle batter came out toward the end. There was an issue with the fire system that woke us briefly and flooded the lobby but the staff had it mainly taken care of by check out.
