The experience was great as we hosted our wedding there, guests responded positively and most importantly they enjoyed the experience. Please improve your golf cart services because only two were working and we had to wait very long for them.

We were very happy with our stay at Thaba Eco. The room was quite big and service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by having to leave my car at reception and being chauffeured around - bag help, lights on, room basics. The restaurant was not as formal as perceived but the food was special. We had a specialist menu item and a combo which were both exceptional. The inclusive breakfast was also quite good and it's worth a visit for locals but once you get the room experience you won't be going for just the food. We were a little bummed the EBar was closed by the time we finished dinner but enjoyed the quiet walk back to our rooms. We were told multiple times we can call a kart to get us around the place but preferred walking the short distances to everywhere we wanted to go.

I recently stayed here for a much-needed catch-up with a great friend visiting from the States, and it was absolutely perfect! We booked a spa and stay, and from start to finish, the experience was truly wonderful. The serene setting provided the ideal backdrop for relaxation and quality time, allowing us to fully unwind while enjoying the incredible spa treatments, delicious food, and beautiful surroundings. The staff were warm and welcoming—special mention to Thabo at reception, our amazing waiter Victor at The Kraal, and the porters (especially Admire, who was a great help). While we loved every moment, the booking process could be improved, as coordinating between the spa and hotel took some back and forth. It would be great if the team could internally align availability to make the process smoother. That said, the stay itself was flawless, and we will most definitely be returning SOON! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape.

The most splendid nature reserve space, quiet and most comfortable and ideal for both business and pleasure accommodation. Given another opportunity, that's place to go. Friendly staff and helpful all round. delicious meals and drinks
