We had booked this hotel during Diwali, The rooms were perfect and neat and clean, hotel has already placed some Diwali gifts and sweets with GM's personal wishing note, sweets were so delicious and want d to buy but got to know that same has been prepared in house. Breakfast was excellent with choices and chef himself came to us to check our satisfaction and what else you want when you are treated with so personal services. Hotel has organised Diwali celebration just outside the lobby where fire crackers and lotbof other stuffs been provided to all hotel staying guests and it was simply best experience I have ever had. Overall the stay was good (food, rooms & location are good, but if you consider my feedback then i just want to share some basic points, 1. Hot water availability in bathroom (now dependency only on solar) 2. Mineral water water at least 2 bottles per person

Amazing stay at the zone jodhpur.. I Stayed there with my girlfriend.. and enjoyed a lot at pool and the Zbar.. Very curtious staff.. ready to help when ever you need any assistance. I stayed here with my family and found the place safe and good to stay. Overall maintenance of the rooms and the passage areas is not so good. Toiletries provided were inadequate. Linens provided were soiled and torn, indicating that those were old and over used. Food quality is good but on expensive side. I stayed here with my family and found the place safe and good to stay. Staying in this hotel, I do n’t think it ’s in India. Haha. The palace was remodeled and has a great atmosphere. Our room was large with a balcony. There were big trees outside the balcony and it was clean. The hotel has a courtyard, restaurant, swimming pool, and spa. In that yard, during the dinner time, petals will be laid on the ground. The mood is beautiful. The hotel breakfast is good. We love curry, so there are many choices. If you do n’t love curry, you can choose English breakfast!

We went to Jodhpur for Staycation and this Royal Palatial Property made our stay Ecstatic. We stayed mostly in the property as it has many things to explore right from beautiful swimming pool, lake view sitting, stables, mini golf experience and what not.. Someone who loves nature, birds, etc should definitely plan a stay as. A mesmerizing experience of extremely humble staff, good food, nature & impressive palatial room with Antiques. Do plan a visit.

So we stopped by the hotel to check it out since we had stayed in Mihir Garh which is owned by the same family. We wanted to just see it because I remembered seeing it online but couldn’t remember why I did not book it. So we stopped by when we were going for dinner and it was also very close to where we were staying and my wife and kids really liked it at once. We had one day in Jodhpur when we were going to stay the day before departing. Before we could book it, the manager had to call the owners son to check if he knew of us since we had stayed at Mihir Garh. Upon asking him why he needed to make so many calls for a booking, he said that the hotel had a no child policy (which is why I had not booked it before). Since we had stayed with their other hotel they allowed us to book a room here. So we decided to book a room there instead of staying at Club Mahindra Jodhpur. They had shown us the double bedroom but considering we had kids, they asked us to book a suite which we did without seeing it. The family has converted a bungalow of theirs into this hotel and have kept a certain portion for themselves which they probably use even now. The hotel has only 8 rooms or houses as they like to call them. Upon checking in to the room, we were pleasantly surprised because the suite was huge. The bathroom actually has a small passage in it. It is designed tastefully, the bed, beddings and sofas were really really comfortable. The only downside was the fact that they gave us a extra mattress instead of an extra bed. However, the overall experience of the suite was simply too good for that to get in the way. The mattress itself was very confortable so as not to lead to any aches or pains. The biggest problem we found with the hotel was that they have a very fixed and limited menu which isn’t to everyone’s tastes. Surprising because Mihir Garh despite being a remote location had a much bigger and better menu. Also, you have to inform them 1-1.5 hours before what you’re going to eat. In a city like Jodhpur that should definitely not be the case. Since we did not find the menu appealing and appetising enough for us, we ended up going outside for dinner. The breakfast however, was really sumptuous and more than made up for the dinner shortcomings. They make pretty much whatever you want and it was really tasty. All in all, I wish they did not have the no child policy and wish we could’ve stayed longer, much longer than just a day.

Hotel service is very good. I left the laptop in the hotel. I found the computer disappeared the next day in Udaipur. After two or three days, I contacted the hotel and found it. The hotel found a car to drive from Jodhpur to Udaipur. Give it to me (of course, the cost is our own and it is higher than the cost of finding a car outside, but still let the hotel find a solid, after all, is a valuable item), hand in hand to find the package is very good, the driver is also very responsible. Special thanks to the hotel's service staff. The location of the hotel is indeed too far from the city. Ola is about 260 rupees to the main scenic spot. We have a car at the time of the call, but it is so uncertain whether it is always a good car.
