Our experience say, The Taj is always best. Ummed Bhavan property is excellent. Maintained very well. All staff were fantastic, obedient and helpful. Chef Shobhit Mathur was personally asking everyone about food. Karan was extremely helpful. He was always on his toes for giving services. Aman is also young and very enthusiastic and energetic. Aryan and Swaroop were best, they were always ready to give services in the restaurant and helping us to click our best moments on our cameras in the restaurants and in the hotel lobbies. Nishu, Alka, Malvika, Raj Nandini, Uday, Jaswant were best at the receptions at front desk. They welcomed everyone with warm hearted. Overall experience was great. Every single minute was very special and enjoyable. Thank you TATA’s for giving us such a great experience.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary in Umaid Bhavan. I must say it was the best decision taken by us as they took care of us and treated us with royalty, from the time we entered and till the end of our stay.. Mr. Swaroop Singh Ji made sure he took personal care to make our stay luxurious and comfortable. The entire team including Mohan, Tribhuvan, Malvika, Surendra and Rajveer…excellent work. What an absolutely wonderful experience! The property itself is stunning, one of the best we’ve ever stayed, and the staff truly go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Sikunder’s palace tour was both insightful and captivating, offering a unique perspective on the property. Swaroop and Rajveer made our birthday celebration so much fun and unforgettable. Hukam’s kindness and meticulous attention to detail ensured our room was always perfectly attended to. And Aman provided outstanding service during both breakfast and dinner, making every meal a delight. Thank you to the entire team for such exceptional hospitality!

This the best hostel experience so far . The staff is outstanding and hospitality is incredible . Want to mention Sikander ji who took care of us and explained the palace very well . I loved the place which is really awesome but even more extraordinary is the staff and the service. My husband’s birthday was celebrated in a Maharaja style, they offered us a delicious birthday cake, made a lovely decoration in our room and the atmosphere was amazing. Our family will never forget this special place, thank you so much everyone but in particular Mr Swaroop Singh Rathore, Mr Sikhander Sing who maked everything he could to make us happy. Thanks also to Mr Chandu Jakhang from the housekeeping for the flower and balloon decorations. We’ll definitely come back and recommend to everyone. You are great
