Room average size, wifi good, plenty of hot water for showers! Only 1 lift, so it was chaotic during checkout time. Ended up walking down from 6th floor, for it took too long waiting for porter to finish his luggage round and other passengers waiting too ! Breakfast was good enough, nice view into pool area. We had dinner at the Oasis Restaurant at the back of garden - I had chicken which was a bit dry, my husband's pizza was good. Price reasonable.

We rated this hotel as very average. The worst problem was the bed linen. Ripped sheets, extremely pilled duvet covers, grey thin towels, stained duvet. I requested it all be changed and they brought me new sheets ( also ripped) and a wet duvet! We couldn't believe it. Please change your bed linen. Buffet for groups ran out before everyone ate and was not replenished. 3 x requests for a drink were made, no drinks ever arrived. Pigeons swimming in the pool. I did not enjoy this hotel at all, it could be so much better with simple changes.

I stayed in Park Plaza Hotel Jodhpur and I had a great experience there. Staff is very friendly and punctual and very polite with their guests especially Ankita , Ankit, Ashish, Diksha, Jogesh. It’s situated in a very convinient location. Few minutes drive from old city.

Staff was cooperative and the rooms are good and I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, even when I asked if they could organise hiring a tuxedo for the evening they were able to arrange everything… ............. It was very nice stay herel Housekeeping cleansess amaging herel Good room cleaning and as well as bathroom cleaning very good by housekeeping Supervisor Bhagchand___________ Thanks we will definitely visit again, Also food was good! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

We had a blasting stay at this cozy hotel with delicious food and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and great view from 03rd floor. We had been given good room option thanks to Ripudaman. Hotel is very near to our destination so as always its the preferred choice.

All facilities within the room and out side is excellent. Location and service is very good I reccomnad to expiriance stay here once. Vikram Rajpurohit very helpful and supportive. Overall i will rate this property best in hotels park plaza Jodhpur. Key point is it is out side the city which gives u real peace.

This is not a 4 star hotel, just 3 and this is because of the old bathrooms. Food was ok for one night we've stayed. The staff is extremly friendly everywhere, but the at the reception are the best. They changed a noisy room with another one. Pool from 7 to 7

It was wonderful experience at park plaza, but there was some scope of improvement, 1) Welcome drinks were not served. 2) In spite of prior information about arrival time which was around 9pm, extra bed was not laid, fruit basket, chocolate and cookies was part of the package but I was sad to see in the name’s sake fruit basket (two banana and apple) and four chocolate of the half the size of ounce and four cookies cling wrapped in quarter plate. 3) Extra bed was Wobbling we have to get it removed as it was tough to sleep on that. 4) One of the servers at oasis never came back to us when asked about the type of fish there will be available . I guess smriti. 5) Front office supervisor was not able to give orientation of the city, fair enough she was new to the city, she told us. 6) Lift was for some time under maintenance, it is understood. 7) Food was very good, my son like pizza and garlic bread , soup could have been better . 8) Room was clean and nice and as per count of the person , bath linen should have been placed . 9) Ankita beautiful lady with infectious smile gave us a steep rate but promised some services which was not delivered timely or not satisfactory service. 10) The prices we paid for 9pm check in and check out 12 noon next day was not fair , had been service great then the feel would have been better.
