Beautiful heritage hotel situated at a very convenient location on main road, near Circuit House. The rooms are decent size and the bathroom is modern with heritage style bath tubs. They have a beautiful courtyard where guests can enjoy al fresco dinner and breakfast (in winter months). A traditional Rajasthani music soirée takes place every evening in the courtyard during dinner time which makes the entire experience very lovely. Food is good but we experienced some issue in service. Repeat order breads took a very long time and the currys got cold while waiting. Secondly we asked the server whether ‘Ghevar’ can be made available in dinner next day, he checked with kitchen team and confirmed, but next day it wasn’t there, later we came to know that there was some miscommunication. To their credit, Executive Chef Nagendra profusely apologised and somehow arranged ghevar which was then sent to our rooms post dinner complimentary. Breakfast doesn’t have huge line up like many other big hotels have but it’s adequate. There are live counters for Dosa/Uttapam and Omelette. The servers are courteous and the service is unobtrusive. Mr. Madan deserves special mention for his impeccable service. Hotel has spa and a swimming pool also. Overall it’s highly recommended for travellers who are looking for a reasonably priced heritage hotel.

It was pleasant stay , rooms are very specious , Staff at reception counter is very excellent and Ruchika was excellent in offering all the help to make our stay very good including sightseeing and shopping . All the staff including Restaurant etc were also very good , cooperative , cordial . Food Taste at restaurant is also very good.

Ranbanka Palace was comfortable with a beautiful central garden for drinks and dining. We had drinks and dinner and the service was charming. There is wonderful shop selling clothing and scarves and we regretted not buying more when we were there. Our experience of shopping in India is if you see something you like buy it as you may not see it again. Good large standard rooms and pleasant staff.

The food is unbelievably good, creamy and tasty but not too spicy for tourists! The place is beautiful with spa, swimming pool, gym and more. The staff is super nice (thanks for the excellent quality service Arbaaz Ali!) and care for your stay.
