Very attentive staff, nice food, mostly clean but with a lot of tear and wear in hallways, rooftop terrace and bathrooms. Tired decoration, needs a complete overhaul.

The hotel is good but bit overpriced compare to the other same category hotels in this price range . Though The staff is helpful. The breakfast spread is sufficiently nice. Good non veg options in the menu. Eggs to order available. Rooms are clean, washrooms are also clean.

Staff was excellent and Hiraram was a great help in housekeeping . Ambience of the hotel was good and specially the food was excellent, I tried there hotel South Indian cousin was very authentic. And room was quite clean and very comfortable.

10 out of 10 to the Fern hotel for providing excellent stay and services. Special thanks to the restaurant team for taking care of us and the reception staff for helping us in plan our sight seeing. The Manager, Gopal ji was a wonderful person to interact with. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Keep it up !!

Management is not propre. Cleanness is average. Parking is an issue. The management tells its customers to park at other Neighbours place. They do parking at night and bang the doors and car alarm to disturb Neighbours. They do loud music and disturb the neighborhood.

We were a little worried about the hotel during confirming but when we finally arrived our mind set has got totally changed with their warm welcome to quality of rooms which were neat and clean with Diwali sweets, Diwali gifts which was giving us a true festival vibes. The staff were very humble and courteous. Breakfast was excellent food was awesome as well as the room service. Diwali celebration was done at entry gate of the hotel and organised by themself for all guests and we can not describe the same in words that me and my family had spent a great time with lot of fire crackers and sweets. I would like to highly thanks to hotel team for all.

We had booked this hotel during Diwali, The rooms were perfect and neat and clean, hotel has already placed some Diwali gifts and sweets with GM's personal wishing note, sweets were so delicious and want d to buy but got to know that same has been prepared in house. Breakfast was excellent with choices and chef himself came to us to check our satisfaction and what else you want when you are treated with so personal services. Hotel has organised Diwali celebration just outside the lobby where fire crackers and lotbof other stuffs been provided to all hotel staying guests and it was simply best experience I have ever had. I would recommend this hotel to all and we will certainly come again next time. Thanks a lot team The Fern Residency Jodhpur!!!

The hotel rates itself as a 4 star but rate it as a 2 star. I m jus now at this property while rating this. Pl do not com here with any expectations. Not worth the money. Bathrooms r not clean n maintained.one night stay is it’s worth if u don’t have options.

if you want to experience a true hospitality then must visit this hotel. right from check in to check out everything will be well managed. rooms are very cleaned food is excellent staff behavior is best. location is good, food and breakfast is best. i would like to convey my message to the management to keep it up as always. thanks a lot for making my stay memorable.
