The hotel was brilliant. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Had gone to celebrate my best friends birthday and they pulled out all the stops to make it a memorable and wonderful weekend. Special shout out to Rahul, one of the house keeping staff that would make the most beautiful towel art in our rooms. The staff were pleasant, food was tasty and what was even nicer was they allowed guests to visit us and weren't unreasonable like other hotels. As women who are travelling alone, consider this hotel as it was safe and in a good area. 10/10!

Being a non vegetarian was amazed by the vegetarian variety option. Food taste and presentation was very good. Room cleaning and ambiance was fresh and upto the mark. Good services provided by Priyanka and Himani. Tabassum was very professional

The initial hotel for our group was overbooked for a wedding; so our group had to stay in Novotel. Hotel as all Novotels are. Small room, good shower and good bed. Breakfast & diner in buffet. Food was perfect. Friendly staff. Oké for 1 night. Elevator's available, but keep in mind to go early because, they are small and not fast !

This is a very clean hotel with very good food. Customer service was less impressive. We were put in a room directly above their function room. There was a party going on underneath with loud music, speeches etc. We asked to move room as the noise was terrible and we couldn’t sleep. The front desk said that the hotel was full also denied that there was any music going on. They then said that it would finish by 10.30pm. The music carried on later than this and the hotel’s solution was to bring up some earplugs! If you stay here I would advise being on a higher level. We were on level 3 and their ballroom is the entirety of level 2.
