"The hotel is well located, near the beach and kiosks, the restaurants of the edge. In the evening, many people in a street position in the neighborhood, but I walked through the area and was not imported. Simple facilities, basic breakfast, well-eaten air, comfortable room."

"O atendimento, as áreas de lazer, a localização e a limpeza são nota 1000!!!
As instalações não estavam de acordo com o anuncio, fiz a reserva para 3 pessoas mas no quarto só tinha uma cama de casal, precisei solicitar uma cama auxiliar. Também como fiz a reserva no mesmo dia da hospedagem, meus dados não estavam no sistema do flat, precisei aguardar um pouco para que o atendente pudesse realizar a inclusão manual.
Fora esses itens, tudo foi perfeito e com certeza, voltarei mais vezes. Amo a PB e gosto bastante do Golden Flat, já é a segunda vez que fico no mesmo lugar."

"Reservei para três, chegando lá tive a surpresa de que teria apenas uma cama de casal. Fiquei em um quarto em frente a academia do hotel, logo pela manhã as pessoas iam treinar, com isso, acordava-mos logo cedo com o barulho. No de mais foi muito bom"

"Hotel with good location; leisure area with bar and a fantastic pool with infinite edge, super complete breakfast, excellent. We were placed in the fourth floor, we refused the room because already in the corridor the smell of mopho is unacceptable, then we were taken to the second floor with the same problem, there we went to the fifth floor that is younger and we had no problems. The request for a room exchange was made without questioning and with the great support of the staff."

LLorne M.Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

AAnonymous UserSuperb hotel, must live on the 4th floor with a balcony, the view is good, you can warm on the balcony, suitable for couples to travel, there are not many people on the beach, very comfortable, but the hotel prepared too few umbrellas, just 5, not enough.

AAnonymous UserThe house is clean and modern, also the facilities in the building are great. It’s located around 15 mins walk to the beach. The value for the money is really great.
One thing to notice:
🚨It’s a very local business. The reception doesn’t speak English. At check in you need to pay the remaining fees. If you don’t have PIX could be an issue. Luckily the office is close by, you can pay at the office.

O único ponto negatinho seria a reforma q estava ocorrendo no andar onde fomos colocados mas de 50% do andar estava em reforma ficamos no primeiro quanto pós tumulto então seria impossível não haver bastante barulho pela manhã cedo e poeira. Como viajamos com criança pequena foi algo desagradável. Lembrando q estou falando das obras q estavam ocorrendo no próprio hotel não a do lado, essa realmente não tem nada haver com o hotel.

GGuest UserAmazing value and great service. The area is a bit rough around the edges so be careful at night. Most rooms have some sideways sea view. Nice breakfast and restaurant. We loved the rooftop terrace and the pool. We will definitely come back!

FFabricio ZanattaThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and it is very expensive for the same choice that is nearby in Tambaú with more affordable options. Only a buy-in reserve that indicates the seafront and check in has been offered a normal in the corridor, a kind of expertise that does not lead to anything and only amazes a tourist, but it fulfils what it promises, perhaps it would even indicate but would not stay again.

GGuest UserO atendimento e a gentileza das pessoas são nota 10. Mas o hotel deixa a desejar muito, não oferecem nem toalhas pra hóspedes, parece até besteira, porém acredito ser o mínimo, as toalhas são alugadas o valor n é muito alto mas mesmo assim, no banheiro nem pano de chão tem, então ficava tudo molhado e sujo rápido. E se vc pretende desfrutar de uma área de lazer, lá não é o lugar, a piscina é minúscula e só 1m de profundidade, além de n ter aquecedor, sempre tá bem gelada. O café da manhã achei pouquíssimas opções, tinha uns pães duro tb. Só escrevo pra que saibam como é lá. Não é a questão de localização, nem atendimento, mas pela diária achei que o mínimo não foi feito.
