Tambau Beach Hotel

Very good hotel location, close to everything. We took a sea view room, a beautiful view. The pool is very nice, although I spent two days when the water wasn't clean. Service from staff is 10, always willing to serve us. Negative points: Very small room. Bed also small. Bed and bath linen that is well worn from use, especially towels, bed linen does not have elastic and comes off the mattress. Breakfast, good.

Hotel very well located (about a block from the beach). Daily and impeccable cleaning. Newly painted (including the rooms). I stayed in a triple dorm, which is large enough to allow movement. . One double bed and one single. Good mattresses and pillows too. Great shower. Very good breakfast. Attentive staff. I recommend.

Small room and cramped bathroom, there was no hairdryer, even though the phone was notified at reception, it didn't work, the TV turned off by itself, when we arrived the room smelled of mold, the cleaning staff didn't clean the floor in the room. At reception they force you to pay a tourist tax on departure. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the breakfast, although the tables are pretty bad.

It has a rooftop pool, but the htl does not offer any infrastructure for it. The cups are made of plastic and of the worst quality, they can't even say that it's for sustainability. It gives the impression that the guest is the worst of the inhabitants of the earth because there is nothing that values ​​him, except the kindness of the receptionists, who must hear many complaints. Excluding that and the location, this hotel is rubbish

O hotel possui boa estrutura e um bom café da manhã, entretanto desde que chegamos identificamos que o aparelho de ar condicionado não estava funcionando, falamos com o gerente que não resolveu o problema!!! Infelizmente por conta disso não recomendo o hotel. As roupas de cama e toalhas também parecem ser bem velhos,

Não há blackout nas janelas. A janela menor não fecha, ou seja, não há vedação total, o que aumenta o barulho que é muito, já que a área é bem movimentada. No primeiro dia, o chuveiro não esquentou. Os móveis são velhos. A cabeceira estava descascando. Há somente duas tomadas no quarto: uma ao lado de uma das camas e outra no banheiro. Não há secador no banheiro. A luz do corredor fica fazendo barulho e piscando. A garagem é extremamente apertada, não há manobrista, é limitada e ainda, paga. Não há auxílio para transporte das malas. O microondas da cozinha (não do apartamento, não há) estava todo descascado por dentro e não funcionou.
