I went yesterday 09/02 to check in at the hotel and when we went to the room, there was a very strong musty smell and my wife has allergic rhinitis, making it impossible for us to stay there.
So we gave up on staying at the hotel and had to stay at another hotel.
I sincerely ask that the amount for the accommodation be refunded, as we did not stay due to mold problems in the room.

The superior deluxe rooms only have a balcony that overlooks the back roof of a house and the conservation of the deluxe apar**ents is terrible. Furthermore, there is a construction site next door that is very noisy and I couldn't even rest after a long night of traveling. . I had to move to another accommodation category and asked for a refund without success. It has nothing to do with the BOOKING photos. In fact, I complained to BOOKING and the refund request was not answered.

The structure of the hotel itself is good, but the services are bad. Very poor breakfast and few staff to serve. There was no adequate room service. The outdoor area of the pool did not have an umbrella. The only thing I was satisfied with was the size of the room.

Very reasonable. The structure of the hotel is good in general, with the exception of the pool, which does not have any tents to protect the sun. The service is terrible, they constantly bother you to solve things that were already resolved.

The hotel offers good infrastructure. It is well located, facing the sea, and guarantees good comfort for guests. Breakfast is very simple, but complete. The garage is a little tight, anyone traveling with a large car may have a problem.

In the room, the air conditioning has a broken blade that directs the air, the shower gets hot and suddenly heats up, breakfast dishes were missing and some food items were not replaced, the egg and sausage chafing dish was left unlit. attentive staff and ok room cleanliness

The rooms are super dark, lacking good lighting. The breakfast could be better. There are few options. The price of accommodation does not match the quality of the hotel. It is recommended to improve infrastructure and quality.

Hotel with very precarious infrastructure, breakfast with very few options, room with old linen, swimming pool does not work as it has been under maintenance for more than 70 days, to speak at the reception you only have to display WhatsApp as there is no interconnection extension
