連不上網，沒熱水，設施差
6台設備連不上酒店wifi， 酒店位置信號很差， 基本上回酒店就是處於失聯的狀態。
也沒有熱水洗澡。
聯繫酒店人員處理這兩個問題， 兩天都處理不好， 衹能換其他酒店。
是我近10年住過最差的酒店了

Hotel muito bom. Super bem localizado, estrutura muito boa. O wifi as vezes oscilava mas deu pra usar. O banheiro da recepção estava sujo quando fui usar. O café da manhã é excelente. Sem dúvidas foi um dos melhores hotéis que já fui.

Hotel bem ruim. Hospedei do 15/11 a 25/11 na categoria Deluxe. Fiz a reserva diretamente com o hotel. Quarto: bom espaço, mas a arrumação muito ruim, fiquei esse período todo e em nenhum dia a roupa de cama foi trocada, travesseiro horrível e com mau cheiro, cama não é de casal, duas de solteiro juntas. Wi-Fi: esquece não funciona. Piscina: espaço pequeno, piscina água fria, piso da área escorregadio, vulnerável qualquer pessoa pode ter acesso. Área café da manhã: extremamente quente, sem nenhum tipo de exaustão, omeletes, ovos fritos e tapiocas são feitos dentro dessa área do café, você sai do ambiente com cheiro de fritura do cabelo da cabeça até o dedo do pé. Café da manhã: pão de forma velho, sem opção de bolos, todos os dias sempre a mesmas opções. Hotel precisando de reforma geral. Enfim não vale o valor que cobram.

Nossa experiência com o Hardman foi além de nossas expectativas: quarto e banheiros limpos, closet espaçoso, travesseiros macios, café da manhã muito bom desde a tapioca... e com excelentes colaboradores nos recepcionando , organizando tudo. Restaurante, piscina, praia deliciosos com bar. Enfim, super indico. João Pessoa PB ganhou meu coração ❤️

Excelente Hotel! Localização perfeita, em frente ao mar com bom serviço de praia. Quarto espaçoso e varanda generosa com brisa/vento abundante. Café da manhã farto com especial tapioca da Lucelia, deliciosa! Funcionários atenciosos aqui representados por Raellingtow na recepção e Edson como mensageiro, sempre dispostos a ajudar e fazer a estadia mais prazerosa. Restaurante com comida boa e bem cuidada. Piscina pequena mas suficiente para criar clima acolhedor em frente ao msr. Vale a pena a hospedagem!
