My room was very rundown, especially the bathroom. The safety did not work. Not a very comfortable place to be at. A simple process of checking us in on our prepaid reservation took more than 10 minutes. Check out was also very slow. Cleaning stuff for very friendly and did their best. A cleaning staff was also very helpful when she saw that my key card didn’t work anymore – she left me into my room – but that also showed me that security is not a high priority at this place. When I came in after dinner and walked to the reception desk, I asked them to reprogram my key – again, no questions asked, not even my name.
The breakfast buffet is large and they offer freshly made eggs and tapioca - generally I would’ve appreciated healthier food options though.

O café da manhã é muito bom, como de costume nos Hotéis da rede Village. Contudo, as instalações precisam de algumas melhorias. O black-out do quarto permite entrada de bastante luz. O.ar-condicionado direciona a ventilação diretamente em cima.da cama (apesar de algumas pessoas preferirem assim, particularmente não gosto.

O Hotel está em reforma, não é bom para alérgicos.

Atendimento esmerado da Ana recepcionista, da Aline e Rafaela do café da manhã. Surprendente! O café da manhã é farto e tudo fresquinho, especial destaque as tapiocas e omeletes feitos na hora. O quarto é limpo e confortável para um casal, banheiro do apartamento que fiquei era um pouco acanhado. Tem estacionamento aberto e alguma a vagas no subsolo, ótimo para quem vai a passeio e usa o hotel como referência. Bons restaurantes por perto andando a pé

Quarto pequeno, cheirando mofo, ar condicionado velho e muito barulhento, não refrigera nem no minimo, ficando assim muito quente o quarto. Banheiro pequeno , mas pequeno mesmo, no banho não dá para se virar que bate no vidro do box, a mesma coisa no vaso sanitário não tem espaço, bate as pernas no vidro lateral do box por falta de espaço. Cortinas não vedan nas laterais, portanto o sol vai nascendo e o quarto vai ficando todo ensolarado e quente, isso as 5:00 da manhã. Fechaduras velhas e barulhentas das portas de entrada fazendo o maior barulho quando os hóspedes entram ou saem dos quartos. Elogiamos os funcionários da limpeza dos quartos e do restaurante no café da manhã, muito simpáticos, educados e prestativos. A localização do hotel também é muito boa, fora isso infelizmente não achamos nada atrativo, deixou muito a desejar.
