During its construction and until a little after its inauguration, the Solar was just a residential project with apartments only for sales, I even did an evaluation on TRIP about it, placing it as one of the large flats in the NE, that is, a furnished apartment and with certain hotel services. Thanks to this condition, it was not difficult to allocate some rooms for rent to visiting tourists, of course with small adaptations. The above observation is necessary, in order to accept in a good way, small shortcomings, let's say hotel, given the sumptuousness of Solar Tambaú: good-sized rooms with impeccable architectural features, internal lighting and the like, although I have collected, together with some condominium owners, that the furniture decoration was discreet. Speaking of which, I note the separation between the way to open the entrance door, with a magnetic card for residents and with a small key for tourist guests. It is clear that these are little details that in no way diminish the impact of the Solar. The provision of hotel services can be considered GOOD, very professional in the Reservation, with Dona Ruth, and at the Reception with JORGEDELEI and team.´ In the area of ​​so-called hotel services, I would also like to suggest 1) the need at the Reception, in name of security mainly, qualified Attendant at night and early morning; 2) fine-tuning online applications, in my case, as I always do, in all places where I am staying, requesting permission for me to access all types of housing, leisure areas and others with a view to a more complete assessment of the situation. hotel, which was not contested, leading me to evaluate only my excellent 70m2 apartment!!!: large living room with sofa, small table, armchairs, plus double bedroom with super-spacious wardrobe, glass table with chairs, Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bench and cupboards + good-sized bathroom, strong shower, safety steel clay. Stylish heated pool, leisure areas were closed Central reception, super impressive ;3) surely Solar already knows that the apartments that have balconies need some type of closure, because when it rains they get flooded... In conclusion, I evaluate positively the Solar, so much so that, perhaps in October, we intend to return to this Flat with our family.

Fue nuestro último alojamiento, y sin dudas, el mejor. Nuestro departamento contaba con todo lo necesario. Unos días increíbles pasamos disfrutando de la piscina, el sauna y el gym. Se puede ver la playa principal de Tambaú desde la piscina. Con estacionamiento incluído. Excelente wifi.

Visito frequentemente João Pessoa e sempre me hospedo no Solar de Tambau, e gratificante qze a vara visita mais eu fique surpreso pela qualidade do mobiliário, equipamentos e principalmente o enxoval em todos os quartos os quais já me hospedei. A piscina nem se fala climatizada, e a cereja do bolo é a localização incomparável. Parabéns a administração e seus funcionários.
