Hotel Praia do Bessa

Hotel reception not air-conditioned. Extremely small room, with very little circulation space. Bed linen was small for the size of the bed, which meant that the sheets came off frequently and we woke up sleeping on the mattress. Bedsheets and pillowcases were dirty and had a horrible smell, and there seemed to be no adequate laundry service. Dirty bathroom, not even a "deep cleaning" could remove dirt from the walls and floor. Very worn and poorly washed towels, with a bad smell. Cold water in the shower, it only warms up a little in the afternoon. Unbearable smell in the sink drain, really rotten. TV with local channels only. No extra options for guests. Small pool and closed most days for cleaning. In the 7 days we were at the hotel, we were unable to enjoy the pool on any day, as it was under maintenance. Good breakfast and very attentive staff. Very close to Bessa beach. These were the only positive points in our stay at this hotel. I do not recommend.

I came to this hotel for the Children's Day weekend (I'm actually writing this review while I'm still here). I checked in on 10/12 and on 10/13 at the first breakfast we had a terrible experience. At first I had nothing to complain about, as all we did was sleep. My family was already at the table when I went to one of the kitchen staff to ask for a scrambled egg. All she had to do was bite me and swallow me! Then I said calmly, "Ma'am, I just wanted 3 scrambled eggs for me and my family." However, when she brought it to the table, she threw the plate so arrogantly that it spilled the coffee from my son's cup! I don't know what she had, or has, but people who don't know how to deal with people need to work on a farm with animals!!! I am very angry and still analyzing whether to cancel the other nights and request my money back.

Nada a reclamar no hotel, pra o valor é um serviço dentro do esperado, nada me desagradou; apenas o Wi-Fi com problema, mas isso não me incomodou, a localização é privilegiada.Claro que eu não sou uma pessoa exigente e provavelmente uma pessoa exigente encontrará milhões de defeitos. nota 9,5.

Falta manutenção básica: TV não liga, Ar condicionado não gela em local muito quente ( e quando reclamado com funcionário da recepção, o mesmo se limitou a dizer que “ é assim mesmo”) e frigobar não refrigera ( não estava ligando, depois funcionou). Porta com defeito (fechadura foi trocada após reclamação). Ponto positivo: as funcionárias do café e da limpeza são muito simpáticas e solícitas. A localização é excelente, mas o hotel precisa urgente de manutenção (paredes descascando, lençóis antigos, falta toalha de rosto e de piso do banheiro). Não sou exigente ao extremo, pelo preço em conta, esperava simplicidade, mas falta de manutenção não é simplicidade. Reparando esses problemas, pela localização e pela simpatia da equipe, o Hotel tem tudo para ser um sucesso.
