一樓很亮，前台服務態度好。房間設施齊全，晚上也很安靜。早餐種類很多，水果和菜蔬都有，還有蒸山葯，還有雞蛋和熱豆漿。另外還可以自助煮麪和煎雞蛋，雖然我並沒有體驗。距離火車站很近，周邊的回民街有很多小吃可以選擇。

最大的問題是舊，房間地面牆壁能看出來年代感，洗澡間更是十幾年前的經典配置，籠頭出水不暢。但床品卻搞得特別歐美範（首旅向亞朵學習嗎？賣床品掙錢？）早餐還不錯，入住客人很多，離火車站近，應該是比較熱門的商務酒店/旅行團酒店。

房間設施陳舊，服務員也不見蹤影，電水壺也是一側嚴重變形，服務員看不到嗎？雖然大家一般不用，也不能擺一個嚴重破損的水壺吧？電話也是壞的，跟前台説了，也不當回事，十多分鐘沒有人上來看一下，無奈換了房間後，洗手盆水龍頭出水也不流暢。這些應該維修的情況，酒店一概不知？真是可以了，雖然是一個四線城市的如家，也不應該如此衹差，回來後發現胳膊上起了小疙瘩，難怪一直癢癢，衞生堪憂！我訂的還是陽光比較好的雙床房都這樣，還説什麼呢？外賣來之前説了放前台，不要外賣員直接送上來，我要的是安全第一！原則上應該有機器人服務送上來的？難道沒有機器人服務嗎？前台把我的話當做耳邊風。所以電話壞了，一直不上來看看，説是春節人員少？這也是理由嗎？如此服務，不會再去第二次！
