I used to visit this resort often and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, since the new management took over, some very strange and uncomfortable rules have been put in place that made our vacation frustrating. My family wasn’t allowed to swim in regular swim shorts and were asked to wear minimal swimwear( BIKINI ONLY), which felt unnecessary and inappropriate. The explanation given didn’t make much sense and certainly isn’t something you’d see at other five-star resorts. Sadly, the overall experience was disappointing. I’d recommend spending your time and money somewhere more welcoming and respectful.

We got day pass tickets. Staff at pool are so rude and when you ask them why they are rude , they tell you the management told us to treat people this way ! They have one pool for adults and a small kids pool. The restaurant food is not good and pricey. I wonder why they don’t offer good quality food when they r already charging prices same like high end restaurant's. Definitely will not go again .

We were initially attracted to Pangea by its social media photos, which depicted inviting pools and beautifully maintained rooms. Unfortunately, the reality was a total contrast.The pools, which appeared so inviting in the photos, were poorly maintained. The walls and floors of the pools were dirty and even broken in most of the places, making them both unsightly and unsafe. The furniture around the pool was either broken or extremely dirty, further diminishing the experience. The state of the rooms was equally disappointing, with furniture that had clearly been neglected for a long time. The overall cleanliness was below average, leaving much to be desired in terms of comfort and hygiene. To make matters worse, both the room rates and food prices were very expensive, completely unjustified by the poor quality of the experience.

"I am disgusted with my experience at this resort. I booked a one-night stay at a discounted rate, only to receive a phone call canceling the discount because 'the owner decided so.' This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you can't honor your commitments, don't offer them in the first place. I feel scammed and deeply disappointed. Management needs to learn basic principles of customer service and integrity."

🚫 Disrespectful Treatment Alert! 🚫 Today at Pangea I was singled out by security and asked to leave the pool because of my mini swim shorts. Shockingly, the manager did not even bother to inform me about any dress code beforehand. This kind of embarrassing and unprofessional behavior is simply not okay. As a paying customer, I deserve respect and transparency. Until Pangea improves their communication and customer service, I strongly advise against visiting!!

Disastrous day at Pangea Beach Resort! My wife was shamefully approached by security at the pool and ordered to get out of the pool just because she wore a mini swimming short and not a bikini! They threatened to kick us out of the resort if she didn't comply with their discriminatory dress code which wasn't communicated to us prior to us entering the resort. The way they handled it was beyond rude and totally unprofessional. This dress code nonsense is outright discriminatory and unacceptable in this day and age. We expected a relaxing day, not this kind of disrespect. Unbelievable and completely unacceptable. This kind of treatment needs to stop!

Very good service, pool is nice and clean. Their sandy beach is also nice. Too many lifeguards around. Food is yummy. Their bungalows are nice but def needs maintenance from inside. Internet is veryyyy bad. Parking is very overpriced. Staff are friendly and helpful. All in all we had a good stay but they need to work more on reaching a 5stars resort level.

Very bad experience ! Very bad service! We had one night reservation: the receptionist is unwelcome and the place is too old with a worse service ever! When you arrive the security check is worse than your official exams! They do it in a terrible and disgusting way! You can't get your stuff with you and if you did you pay for everything 1$ minimum charge! You bring your shisha with you and you pay for it as if you're buying from them. The food is toxic, we got poisoned and we told them as if we didn't say anything! The room smells very bad as well. You pay the price of 5 stars resort for the worse experience, not recommended at all!

Beautiful location, Pangea Beach was a surprise. The staff was friendly & cooperative especially as upon arrival my room smelled of smoke & no WiFi at all. Changing to a smoke free room with some WIFI ( Internet in Lebanon at the time of my visit was a disaster and weak) was super quick. Rooms where super clean & even the side view rooms had some sea view. The premises was supernice with a combination of pools & beach and clean, bathrooms on premise always clean Breakfast was a good quantity served from 830 to 11, with friendly staff. The VIP pool beds were free of charge for occupants, while the lower pool & beach were for an extra charge of usd 5 or USD 10 depending on size. The staff around the pool & pool bar where friendly & supportive. Happy to have spent time here ..
