300+得房費，不含早餐。配品一塌糊塗，晚上前台沒有人，淋浴花灑是壞的。到店也不晚，8點不到，民宿收了全款預訂沒有一個開店詢問，服務一塌糊塗

去的時候，恰逢初雪降温，整座酒店衹有我們一行兩人。
招待我們的是一位大姐——彼時她已經在其他地方吃飯了，在我們撥打電話後，出來招待我們哈哈。大姐和我們説，這酒店是國企（供銷社），確實，無論是暖水瓶還是廚房，都是國企的味道——也是我蠻熟悉和喜歡的味道。
在廚房裡，一位大叔開爐灶給我們整了兩碗麪，而我還在眼饞桌子上碗裏的小葱。

第一個房間噴頭壞了，換了一個房間吧，燈很暗。椅子也少。不隔音晚上人家在唱歌，早上行李箱嘩啦啦的聲音。

木房間還是比較吵的，尤其住在一樓，如果上面住着小孩，小孩如果跑起來，那就完蛋了，沒法睡，那是真吵啊。衞生嘛，還行吧，房間內的物品需要規整一下，擺得有點亂。周邊環境還行，但靠小溪後面的走廊需要及時處理衞生。服務也得跟上，尤其餐廳服務，都是老阿姨級的，肯定不是科班出身，服務可想而知了，菜品做得也是一般，什麼叫小炒牛肉，在江南第一村被重新定義了，這麼説，大家都懂得吧。外賣飲料櫃還搞了一把鎖給鎖着，這個年代，企業還是這種心態，受不了。
總之需要提升的空間很多。

優點：離徽航古道近，環境清幽缺點：隔音效果賊差，樓上住人的話咚咚咚像地震一樣；靠窗的門衹有磨砂膜貼着，不遮光，大半夜被外面的車燈晃到懷疑人生。

公司團建，我規劃行程，週五下午上海自駕出發，東進西出穿越線（上海出發這樣方便）
週六從永來村徒步穿越古道，全程18KM左右，走走停停6小時，我經常運動，對於我來説還是非常輕鬆的。下午三點多入住江南第一村木屋客棧。
純木製結構，不錯的，雖然隔音有點差，房間外面有條小溪，愜意的生活。老闆娘人很好，有些要求也都意義滿足了，感謝。
