但沒想到，酒店工作人員的後續操作堪稱“教科書”級別。他們立刻滿臉歉意地向我解釋情況，並且迅速提出可以幫我升級為家庭房。一開始我還有些猶豫，擔心家庭房會不會不太符合我的需求，可進入房間後，我發現這份“意外之喜”遠超想象。房間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨又雅緻，各類設施一應俱全，不僅有舒適的大床，還有供休閑放鬆的沙發區域，細節之處盡顯用心。
本以為這就已經足夠暖心了，誰知道晚上氣温驟降，房間裏不知為何有些涼意，即便開了空調，暖意也不太夠。我試着聯繫了前台，説明瞭情況，工作人員的響應速度簡直驚人。短短几分鐘內，就有專人過來查看，隨後便貼心地幫我協調換**宜。新換的房間温度適宜，床鋪柔軟，那一刻，心裏真的滿是感動。
在如家的這一晚，不僅僅是一次住宿，更是感受到了家一般的關懷與温暖。從妥善處理房型問題，到迅速解決室温困擾，每一個環節都彰顯出酒店對客人的重視。以後再來雞西，這家如家酒店肯定是我的不二之選，也強烈推薦給每一位過往旅人！

XXiaoxuanhuo過了🧨回老丈人家🏠過年 聽説酒店🏨剛開業住一夜體驗下，密山能有這樣的酒店很不錯在此點個贊👍，全屋房間智能化很貼心也很舒適，沒能給滿分的原因有以下幾點：
1、衞生不是很完美，桌子上灰塵很多，不知道是不是這個房間一直沒住人。
2、房間不隔音樓道里走路人，聽的很清楚，門下縫隙很大。
3、淋浴間 下水很慢洗澡5分鐘基本水已經淹沒到腳腕了，怕水流出去 關閉淋浴等待會在繼續洗。
以上三點望酒店能夠改善並㊗️生意興隆。
