The owner of this homestay is what makes this place so lovely! He has a cheery disposition and he and his staff helped answer so many of my questions. He helped organize transportation to pick me up and drop me off at the local bus station and to take me to the JiuZhaiGou park entrance. He made me feel like an old friend, not just a customer! The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, lots of wood and local design elements. The rooms and generally clean (though small details could be given a bit more attention). The beds in the rooms are comfortable, not hard. I enjoyed sitting in the rooftop patio to relax and look at the mountains. Breakfast was simple, Chinese cuisine, the offerings were slightly different both mornings, but there was a reasonable variety of carbohydrates, veggies, and protein to give you a good start to the day. I went during apple season, so they also had some locally grown apples available. Dinner was a lively time in this homestay. Seems like most of the tenants at the hotel booked meals there and felt comfortable and social. They had many local dishes with yak and local vegetables. I thought the food was filling and fresh. If I returned to JiuZhaiGou, I would stay here again! The boss and his family are very welcoming.

Treasure B&B is located in Jiuzhaigou. Two days before I checked in, the lady at the B&B called me to remind me to bring enough warm clothes as Jiuzhaigou cooled down. The environment of the B&B is very beautiful, full of hydrangeas. The waiters are warm, thoughtful and courteous, making you feel at home. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it is delicious, especially the yak rice noodles. There are many small animals in the B&B, including dogs, peacocks, deer, rabbits, squirrels, fish, etc. Must come again next time! ! !

The breakfast was fine. Location is great, 15 minutes walk to the park entrance. It’s not bad for its price, but cleanliness and services could be improved.
The hotel room was really dirty, drops on the floor in the toilet, awful carpet, streaks and stains everywhere on the furniture and on the sink.
Also, the hot springs are not working, never saw anyone there and didn’t want to try myself because of the appearance of the water.
Despite the information here, there is no laundry service.

Location is good and value for the price.
There is a smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. There is a no smoking sign in front of the elevator but people can be found smoking in the lobby in front of the elevator. The reception staff did not prohibit it.
The window can only be opened halfway. It can be closed but cannot be locked.
The room looks like it's undergoing renovations, there are stains, and there is hole at ceiling in the bathroom.
The bathroom occupies approximately 40% of the room area. There is no separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom.

Great experience with receptionist. Recommended for people who want to be within walkable distance to jiuzhaigou entrance. The macdonalds downstairs opening is 9am to 8pm. Breakfast is acceptable, but sitting is limited. Second floor is non smoking floor but the corridor reeks of cigarette smell.

Because it is difficult to book a hotel during the peak season, all the rooms I wanted to book were sold out. I didn't have high expectations for this hotel, but I didn't expect it to be quite good when I checked in. In particular, there is a special butler service. If you need anything, just tell Xiao Su the butler on WeChat. The two days of stay were quite busy. I asked Xiao Su the butler for supplies and inquired about the return bus. Especially when we were leaving the hotel, Xiao Su the butler chased us and said he would take us to the bus pick-up point without our request. It was drizzling and quite cold at the time. I am very grateful for Xiao Su's meticulous service. Oh, by the way, he also gave us a free breakfast for two people a day.

The first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean.
However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for?
The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible.
In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping.
The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack.
Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.

A good option for Jiuzhai
I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention
Pros:
- Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets
- The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡
- Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception.
- The room is spacious and bed is comfortable.
- The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful.
- They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier.
Cons:
- The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime.
- As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣
- The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

I went to Jiuzhaigou on 7.20. The main reason for this trip was to bring my kids to see it. I have been to Jiuzhaigou n times. This trip is just the time to see the ancient charm of Jiuzhaigou. Qiangu It was the boss who helped us book the tickets. The official website was very expensive, but the boss booked it cheaply. We also thank the boss for helping us book terminal VIP tickets. It was indeed a VIP ticket. The elderly and children all had a pleasant stay. The boss even treated us to a meal on the day we arrived. ice cream. CCarlosExcellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan.
I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******.
The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request.
I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

It is a wonderful family trip (2 adult + 2 kids) to stay in this hotel. The hotel was run by a young couple, brand launched in 2023, with very new and smart facilities.
Service: both the boss and the staff are very friendly and helpful, I felt like stay at home. The boss picked us from the main road when the day we arrived the tourist bus station. Also helped us arrange the taxi to bus station in the very earlier morning. Very warm heart boss.
Environment: the room is clean and well maintain. Plus the hotel is not face main road, it is very quiet to sleep in the night time. There is a small garden within hotel, guest can hang out during the night time.
Restaurant: just outside of the hotel, there are many good choose of restaurants, suitable for the family with kids who don’t want walk too far for meal.
Floor Heating In the Room: Now it is winter time in jiuzhaigou, the outside is super cold, but the hotel provides all day indoor floor heating to keep the room warm and comfortable to stay.
Hot water Supply: very strong water supply, can relieve the tire during the travel. Add on, my kids like hotel shampoo, smell so good.
Strong recommend to stay here and will invite more Malaysia friends to stay.

When you come from the airport, you pass by the Forest Park and you are completely shocked! The view from the hotel balcony when you open the door is really great! Excellent location! Hygiene: Very clean and cleaned in a timely manner
Service: Before I arrived, Jason at the front desk had already contacted me to inquire about my check-in needs, and also helped to make an appointment for pick-up service, which was very considerate. When I opened the door on the night of check-in, I saw that the turndown bed had been turned down and the room temperature was also very suitable. In Jiuzhaigou, which is still a little chilly, I felt cared for; the staff I met every day in the hotel were also very nice and the service was in place.

First of all, the service attitude is still okay.
As a five-star hotel, can it really take on such a big responsibility? At first, I called to ask about the double set and was asked to contact the reservation department. The reservation department didn't know anything about it. Then there was a busy signal for several minutes and no reply.
In a hotel worth almost 2,000 yuan, the laundry service charges 50 yuan per piece of clothing. The water bar only has two bottles of water, which is not even as good as the full season. Except for the breakfast, which was barely adequate, everything else really didn't deserve five stars.

GGuest UserThe location of this inn is literally in the centre of the town, which provides easy access to restaurants (for ******* food and BBQ, can ask for recommendations from the inn owner Xiao Bi or Mr Feng) and the most famous show ”Jiu Zai Qian Gu Qing” (highly recommended even if you can't speak Chinese)(15 mins walk). Although it is a bit distant from the national park entrance (10 mins driving distance), the owner Mr. Feng offered free transportation taking us there and picking us up.
The owners were really friendly and helpful. There is an in-house restaurant which serves local specialties such as highland beef hotpot and wild mushroom free range chicken hotpot. The home-made honey yogurt barley wheat bread was super delicious. We had to leave early for a bus back to Chengdu (7.45am), Xiao Bi made an effort to get up early to cook us noodles for breakfast.
Beautiful scenery around the Inn. The inn was converted from a traditional ******* property. The rooms were decorated and furnished in a Chinese style and each bed comes with its own panda. The inn provides disposable towels every day, which is probably not everyone's cup of tea, as they are quite small if you have long hair, but there is a hair dryer available.
This inn is for people who like to enjoy the slow pace of life in the Highlands (you can't rush physically as you could easily get out of breath due to low oxygen levels) and who like social interaction with other travellers and inn owners.
The owners are not English speaking but they have no problems communicating with non Chinese speakers using a translation app.

From the moment I arrived, I was embraced by the authentic ******* and Buddhist atmosphere that permeates the inn. The décor, the peaceful surroundings, and the warm hospitality make you feel like you're truly immersed in the culture of the region.
While the inn is a bit farther from Jiuzhaigou National Park compared to some other hotels, this distance was quickly forgotten thanks to the generous hospitality of the owner. He offered us rides to and from the park, making it incredibly easy to explore the stunning natural beauty without any hassle. I also appreciated his flexibility when I needed to leave early to catch a train to Chengdu via Huanglong Jiu Zhai. It was a relief to know that he was more than willing to accommodate my schedule.
Breakfast at the inn was simple yet nutritious, featuring delicious baozi, mantou, and eggs. It was the perfect way to start a day full of adventures!

RRThe hotel/motel is conveniently located in Pengfeng Village - a 10 minute walk to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley Entrance. Lots of food around the hotel. The room has everything you need for the night. The boss is friendly and helpful. If you need a ride from the bus station, you can contact him. The hotel also can help with transportation and day-trip to Huanglung.

BbunnyxiaoHygiene: The room is clean and tidy, the wash basin in the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the hotel has its own yard, and the entrance is in the yard, which makes you feel safer.
Environment: It is close to the scenic area and can be reached on foot. It is on a busy street. It is very convenient to eat and buy things downstairs, but the window faces the other side and is not noisy.
Service: When I went there, I met three young ladies. They were very nice and could store luggage. When we went there, we were blocked by buses and couldn't get a taxi on the way to Moon Bay Hotel. We called the hotel and they came to pick us up.
