Extremely spacious room with a fake fireplace, seating area and a little balcony (although no chair or table so can't really sit outside). Bed is really comfortable and the room was quiet apart from noisy neighbors in the hallway. Bathtub and nice shower. The hotel is very dated but grandiose and expansive, making busy Jiuzhaigou seem quiet. It's set back from the street which helps with noise. It's a smoking hotel though which is unpleasant for non-smokers. The pool was closed and nowhere to be found. Breakfast was fine, some non-Chinese options and basic coffee.

The room is spacious and clean, the service attitude is good, and it is very comfortable. Now the Mianjiu Expressway connects to Baimazhai, and it only takes half a day to reach Jiuzhaigou Valley, which is very convenient. Jiuzhaigou is still so beautiful, even purer than before the earthquake, and the management is better. It is still beautiful in winter!

After staying in Jiuzhaigou for three days, this famous hotel was the most satisfying one night. I regretted not seeing it on the first day because it was not the peak season. The hotel lady gave us a free upgrade. It also has a smart toilet with a private bath, haha. I'm so lucky. The hair dryer is Dyson. Great location, walking distance to the entrance of JIUZHAIGOU scenic entrance, so we save up the hassle of getting a cab which we need to catch one at the road side, unlike in the city, Didi is not available. The room is beautiful but a little noisy due to the neighbours doors opening and closing as well as the cleaning staff room was next to the room I stayed in. Yes the view outside the window was ugly with the stalled construction but generally I kept the curtains closed anyways. The tea and coffee set are really good, and the heated floors are the best for a cold morning! The included breakfast was also worth it! I chose the hotel because it has the hot springs but because they close at 9pm I did not have time to enjoy them after my hike in the park and after having dinner because I spent more time outdoors. Keeping them open until 10 or 11pm would be best for people like me!
