The lady receptionist is helpful in me booking transport from JZG to HL. Inside the room there is no cups for boiling water. The cups are found behind the lift. Tip: As I do not have a China phone number, I used the hotel name and phone number to contact my transport.

Check-in was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our butler, Mr. Xiao Han, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Recept’s service is good, mentioned once that I like 麻花 and they gave me some everytime they see me. Cleanliness was great too. The only down side is no bathrobe, and the toilet & tissue paper given was too little. Location was good, 5 minutes drive to jiuzhaigou entrance & 千古情
