The room is beautiful but a little noisy due to the neighbours doors opening and closing as well as the cleaning staff room was next to the room I stayed in. Yes the view outside the window was ugly with the stalled construction but generally I kept the curtains closed anyways. The tea and coffee set are really good, and the heated floors are the best for a cold morning! The included breakfast was also worth it! I chose the hotel because it has the hot springs but because they close at 9pm I did not have time to enjoy them after my hike in the park and after having dinner because I spent more time outdoors. Keeping them open until 10 or 11pm would be best for people like me!

Nice place and one of the cheaper options for visiting Jiuzhaigou which was only a 10-15 min walk away. The ladies on the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The only flaw of the place was the shower heads were covered in limescale which is a little gross but other than that it was all good!

I visited Jiuzhaigou for the first time in 2007 and was shocked when I passed Jiuzhai Paradise. It was a pity that it was destroyed by the earthquake, but fortunately it was rebuilt. This time I took my parents-in-law to travel to Jiuzhaigou, and I specifically chose to stay in this hotel. The air conditioning in the hotel is very good and there are electric blankets. The girl at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful.
