服務非常好 定的三人間到的時候房間還沒出來 老闆給升的級 過馬路就都是吃的 周圍肯德基什麼都有 走到景區門口20分鐘左右

設施：
暖氣夠暖，還有取暖器，衣架子也夠多，還有兩張藤椅一張長沙發可以放包包，空間也夠大。
衞生：
浴室很容易水漫金山，洗澡水温度也不太夠，幸好浴室裏有暖風機，開着洗澡倒不覺得冷。
服務：
老闆和老闆娘都很親切，床鋪被褥也乾淨舒服。

非常滿意，之前看到有評論説會冷，但完全沒感覺到，房間還是蠻暖和的。離景區門口也很近，之前想訂得更近一點，比如景區門口的酒店，但實際到了之後發現，還是東雲閣這個位置好，因為一出門就有各種餐館，如果是景區門口的酒店，早上出來還得往上游走一點去吃早餐，再返回景區門口，走的路反而更多。
設施：很齊全，窗簾還可以電動關，挺現代化的
衞生：很乾凈
環境：很新
服務：很熱情

房間很乾凈，老闆人很熱心，走路進九寨溝大概10多分鐘。我們因為自己的時間原因，要趕在下午2點進九寨溝，和老闆溝通後叫他幫忙送一下進去，老闆及時的把我們送到了門口，太感謝了。

房間乾淨衞生，老闆人非常好，幫我們提行李到二樓，冬天天冷，拿來三個電暖器取暖，睡的很暖和，推薦的飯店也好吃😋，從鎮江關到景區的中巴車，正好在酒店門口有一站，離景區很近，步行10分鐘，吃飯購物都方便，性價比超高！

先説優點:
停車方便，就在酒店樓下，私家停車位；
對面就是吃飯的地方，因為隔了一定距離，倒相對安靜。
老闆服務很好，隨叫隨到。
缺點:民宿風酒店，硬件設施概率學會出一些問題，不過老闆響應和解決還算及時。

距離九寨溝是比較近的酒店，走到遊客中心12分鐘。長者人很熱情，我們下午2點就到了，老闆和我們聊天喝茶，熱情的介紹景區遊玩路線，介紹附近的美食。九寨溝的秋季太漂亮了，明年要來看秋景的必須及早預訂酒店，到時真是一房難求啊。

房間夠大，配套設施很齊全，有專門的晾衣架，入夜後房間很安靜；入住後給配了兩張卡：一張開門卡，一張取電卡，老闆這樣對旅客不擔心費電，真是絕無僅有；老闆小弟服務態度很好，是一家很不錯的民宿；路邊停車場很顯眼，就是登記住宿在2樓，拎着行李上樓有點不方便。

在東雲閣酒店住了三天，我們是兩次進溝，選擇了酒店位置非常好的東雲閣酒店，步行到九寨溝景區門口十分鐘足夠了！酒店的對面就是許多吃飯的店鋪和超市，酒店房間寬敞明亮，複式結構，中央空調，難得的是上面的卧式居然還有一扇可遙控的天窗，衞生間和淋浴房乾濕分離，雖然不提供早餐，但樓下和路邊都有吃早餐的店鋪，保潔阿姨會每天都來打掃衞生，商家的服務很棒！下次有機會再來九寨溝旅遊，仍然會選擇該酒店入住！
