The facilities of this hotel are outdated, and the sink in the room actually has no hot water. It only warmed up slightly after five minutes. What's even more unbearable is that the steamed buns for breakfast were moldy, and the dishes were basically cold, except for the boiled eggs.

The hotel has a nice environment, free parking and spacious rooms. Seeing that I brought my children with me, they upgraded me to a parent-child room for free. The bathroom has separate dry and wet areas, hot water and electric blankets, and the water in the room is also free. It's really nice and a great experience!

I don’t know how to rate this four diamond hotel? Please ask relevant personnel from Ctrip to experience it. My evaluation is that the hardware can barely reach three diamonds, but the service and breakfast cannot reach two diamonds. When checking in, the front desk asked for a positive review. Later, when we were doing laundry, we asked for two more clothes drying racks. One of the two people at the front desk agreed, and the other said no and they didn't give them. The breakfast was beyond praise. Each person has one egg, and some people want one more. Two green vegetables were fried like pig food, a few pickles, porridge and corn, and soy milk was like water. Breakfast has few varieties and tastes unpalatable. The hotel mainly accommodates tour groups, so the prices may be low, so no wonder it’s so bad. Unworthy of the four diamonds, it also damaged Ctrip’s reputation. Tongcheng doesn’t have diamonds as standard, so why does Ctrip have four diamonds?
