10 min drive away from Jiuzhaigou entrance, hotel provides free transport to and from there, you can contact hotel via wechat. Room is big, well furnished and comfortable. Many eateries 5-10 min walk away. Toiletries provided. Ladies at reception are very helpful. However there are people who smoke at reception area, that should be improved.

The hotel is well located, 10 minutes away from Jiuzhaigo park entrance by car. The facilities are very comfortable and we'll kept. The management was extra helpful. They went above and beyond to help us and to answer our questions.

I went to Jiuzhaigou and arrived at around 1am. The room was quite quiet. It seemed to have 5 floors in total, with stairs and no elevator. It was about 10 minutes' drive from Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center, which was quite close.
