Fantastic accommodation, very friendly and helpful staff who helped us with the bus booking and co ordination with driver.
Very clean and spacious room, free washer and dryer. Free one way transport from hotel to Jiuzhaigou park. Free breakfast.
Lots of eateries around the area, convenient.

The hotel reception staff are very attentive. I have never seen anyone take such good care of their guests. Highly recommend you to stay this hotel. Free service car to Jiuzhaigou. Many restaurants and convenience stores around there.

Front desk was super helpful and accommodating, even got discounted tickets for the show. Great location and lots to do.

Overall it was good. The staff didn't speak much English but they tried to find a way to communicate with guests. Breakfast was ok, the staff helped us find a car to Jiuzhaigou Park for free.

Good location. The hotel is about 6km from Jiuzhai. The room is very cozy and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Reception Staffs are very nice and polite. The room is very clean.They provide Traditional Chineses Dress for free. I really love it.

10 min drive away from Jiuzhaigou entrance, hotel provides free transport to and from there, you can contact hotel via wechat. Room is big, well furnished and comfortable. Many eateries 5-10 min walk away. Toiletries provided. Ladies at reception are very helpful. However there are people who smoke at reception area, that should be improved.

The hotel is well located, 10 minutes away from Jiuzhaigo park entrance by car. The facilities are very comfortable and we'll kept. The management was extra helpful. They went above and beyond to help us and to answer our questions.
