第一，剛進房間就聞到一股煙味，但是前台説這個房間剛打掃了，好吧我忍了，結果坐到床頭，一低頭看就看到地上的煙頭，哇你們家是這麼打掃的嗎。第二，拉開床頭的抽屜，就看見有用過的避孕套，我哭死商家你們人真好，還免費贈送別人用過的避孕套。第三，地暖房的地暖分佈不均勻，該熱的地方冷，該冷的地方熱，前台説這房間有地暖沒空調，導致我入住到半夜房間才熱和起來，商家好會為人着想啊我哭死。第四，浴室頂棚漏水，洗個澡能把水飛沖天，花灑不僅頭部鬆動還漏水，一打開閥門就四處噴濺，一個花灑衹有四股水，我也不難理解為商家想要為我們營造浴室play氛圍感的良苦用心吧！

酒店是2021年開業的，但房間設施十分沉舊，像是收購了其他的酒店改的，不是新裝修的酒店。對攜程這個開業時間的定義提出批評，這是玩文字遊戲！不過酒店房間有地暖，這點值得稱道，房間十分暖和，一點都不冷！酒店的地理位置離九寨溝入口非常近，且有免費專車送，這點非常方便，酒店老闆娘十分熱情，即使衹有一人，也隨時安排車輛送，中秋節還贈送了月餅，十分暖心！酒店晚餐可以點菜，小炒價格實惠！最後説一點，酒店價格波動巨大且隨意，我9.28日下午定了9月28-30日的2晚一共是829元（其中第一晚226，第二晚603），結果到了第二天在查9月29日同房型衹要335元了，巨降268。我一共訂了兩間房，合計一下就損失536元。

房间超简陋，很多地方很尘，一分錢一分货吧，比想像中的速8有点不同，廁所洗澡沒隔開，一洗澡整个房走开走去都很湿. 就是订了超暖地房就这个还不错.感觉床被不够爽快，湿软软的。

老闆很熱情，酒店離景區比較近，早上九點有車子可以送到景區，周邊有飯店和超市，可基本滿足日常需求，但廁所沒有紙巾，窗户打不開…

離景區有些距離，不過酒店提供免費送到景區服務，比較方便。冬天周邊配套比較少，很多店沒營業。

房間乾淨整潔，床很大很舒適，最主要的是房間還有地暖，對我這種怕冷的人來説簡直是太需要了，早餐是自助的，前台服務熱心周到，酒店離景區很近，整體來説滿意！建議推薦！

酒店各方面來説都不錯！距離景區比較近，據老闆娘説走路到景區15分鐘，我們選擇坐出租車，幾分鐘就到了，真的挺近。衞生乾淨，老闆娘很熱情，服務不錯，性價比高，下次朋友來會推薦這家。
