Location is within a km from Jiuzhaigou entry point. Pleasant stroll over with many eateries around. Room is clean but the mattress is hard. Water takes a long time to heat up and they used microfiber towels which isnt nice. Overall a good two night stay. Staff also very friendly and helpful. They provided a very useful map of Jiuzhaigou and even listed out which sights are recommended to visit. Btw lifts stop at 3rd floor, pitched roof rooms are on 4th so there is a flight of stairs. Luckily i booked a normal room.

One staff member spoke decent English, the other patiently were fine using translate app. Hotel is close to the park (10 min walk). Staff helped my buy both the park ticket and a bus ticket back to Chengdu. Enough places for breakfast/lunch/dinner so you won’t get hungry. Highly recommend!

Close to JZG site. Very warm and friendly receptionists. Nice clean room. But bed does not have the best cushioning. Overall still good! Would recommend!

A hotel with reasonable price and clean. Room is simple but you can find everything you need in a hotel room. Superb location and close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. However, the good impression of the hotel was spoiled by the unpleasant attitude of reception staffs. The ladies are different when bosses are not around 😒

The room was nice and clean. It took some time until the shower got warm but once it was warm it was great. The staff was amazing, they helped me get bustickets and some other information, they were super nice. There’s a lot of foodplaces around the hotel and the bus from chengdu stops pretty mich in front of the hotel.

The hotel is in a large plaza with many restaurants and shops (even a foot massage shop, nice after long hikes). My main issue on this stay was with the room. We stayed on the top floor which is a new addition. The roof was angled and very low so you couldn’t stand upright in half of the room. On the other hand, the hotel’s proximity (walking distance) to the Park entrance was very much appreciated.

Lovely reception staff and great location. Outside on the corner is a great breakfast spot and where you can buy some snacks to take into the national park

A reasonably good location for Jiuzhaigou Park Entrance. Walkable. Room are serviced everyday, towels and amenities change or top up. Very clean. Size of room is quite compact but for a solo occupant they are fine. These rooms (pitched roof) are the budget rooms and are situated on the top floor. There is a lift but it only goes up to the 3rd floor. Lots of food places nearby.

Counter very helpful. Nearby hotel plentiful shops to dine.

Nice rooms with friendly staff

As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, the proprietress came to greet me. There were also a few baskets of fruits at the front desk, saying that they were fresh local fruits that I must try. There were not enough hangers in the room, and the front desk lady immediately brought a handful of them as soon as I said that. She also sent a basket of fruits to the room. This is the hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in. It is also clean and affordable. You can tell at a glance that the proprietress is a person who loves cleanliness, temperament and taste. There is a small courtyard at the entrance of the hotel with a few leisure chairs. The proprietress also planted some flowers. It is really pleasant to drink beer and chat with friends in the courtyard at night. The most important thing is that the hotel is very close to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, just a few minutes' walk. Next time I have the opportunity to bring my parents here, I will definitely choose this hotel❤️

I chose this hotel from hundreds of hotels outside Goukou. It really didn't disappoint me. It made my solo travel experience great. First of all, on the first day, I went to the front desk and they introduced the scenic area tour guide to guests. They also treated me to peaches. I wanted to watch TV at night but it didn't turn on. The lady came to my house to debug it herself. She was very patient and the service was very thoughtful. I also bothered her twice. I felt a little embarrassed. Hahaha. The most important point is that the hotel is very close to Goukou, the scenic area. It is very convenient to eat and have entertainment around. There are many choices. Facilities: The facilities are very complete and basically brand new. Hygiene: The hygienic conditions are what I value most. It is very clean. Environment: Although the overall room is not big, it feels very warm. Service: The attitude is very good and they will take the initiative to ask about the guests. I will come again in autumn next time and stay at her house. I also plan to recommend it to my friends around me and wish them better and better.

Because we were in a hurry and only had half a day to play, the beautiful front desk lady explained the overview of the scenic spot to us in detail, recommended fun places, and explained how to take the bus and how to get there in detail. 3.
