住過很多酒店，這裏給我的感覺服務人性化，從出發到入住，這裏的管家都會給出合理建議！到了之後整體環境讓人舒服放鬆，房間、餐費性價比高，還能品嚐這裏自釀的葡萄酒，尤其是床墊枕頭睡着特別舒服，用毛巾疊的大熊貓可愛極了！一覺醒來都是到處都是鳥語花香，居然還能看到雪山！早餐還能吃到當地特色油茶！個人特別喜歡住這種像世外桃源一樣的地方。

老婆想住星空房，找了一圈，搜到了九寨莊園，最開始抱着試試的心態來了，工作人員非常熱情，想的非常周到，（特別感謝，小朱，小丹）給了我們很多旅行建議，推薦了他家的氂牛肉火鍋，味道非常不錯，給我們很好的體驗，第二天果斷升級懸崖房，現在淡季性價比極高，推薦大家來。

酒店服務太好了，帶爸媽一起出來玩，在這住了一晚，今早出發去的九寨溝。 首先説説房間： 接待的帥哥給我們升級了，房間配套設施很好。床很大很寬，兩個窗户相對，一扇對着雪山，真的很有意境，拍照很漂亮。獨立衞生間，洗漱非常方便。裝修比較漂亮，乾淨，大氣。因為是星空屋，所以躺在床上向上看的頂部位置有電動收縮窗簾（暫且叫做窗簾，遮光，要看星空頂就打開） 晚上有下雨，擔心雨滴打在頂部玻璃上影響休息，結果並沒有影響。 其次説説環境：旁邊在高處有個地面帶玻璃的觀景台，周圍視線尤其好，下面是寨子，對面是高大的雪山，還可以坐着觀景，拍照簡直太好看了。拍照後，我們轉了酒店環山的公路，看到他們別墅旁邊居然還有松鼠🐿️。 餐飲體驗：我們到了當天晚上點的炒菜，還給我們送了餅餅和素菜，根本吃不完。更邀請我們品嚐了自己釀的葡萄酒，服務的人一個比一個熱情，讓人感覺很親切，小姐姐們也很會聊天，真的給你一種不是住店的感覺。 早上早餐也很好吃，用餐環境很好。也住過環境更好的酒店，但是這個給人的感覺會是忘不掉那種。 前台接待的大哥大姐超級熱情，吃飯那裡的大哥大姐也是。 家人私下都不停誇讚這裏的服務，體驗感極好，酒店服務真的做得太好了！家人都説要二刷。 老闆有這樣用心用情的員工，生意肯定會更加興隆。 強烈推薦。
