Besides the location, this hotel is a nightmare . No customer service at all, when ask about Jiuzhaigou County information the skinner lady said it on the wall. I ask again if there is a must see part or which part is nicer, her response was, I don’t know what the big deal that tourist love it so much, for me it’s not nice 😮 wow what kind of customer service is this ? She is in the wrong career . The bathroom is applauding, dirt, shower door has no handle / broken, as soon as you on the shower the bathroom flooded. The lady said if you need room cleaning let us know. So we let them know but when we got back, all the room service did is change the towels, the rubbish was not clean or taken away, bed was not done accept towel.
In trip.com add all the room say no smoking but when we walk into the room it stinked and there is an astray in the room. It’s a real let down. Feel free to view the photo after room cleaning. Felt bad to provide such review but truth need to be told

Worst hotel I have ever had while traveling in Asia. We booked the « vip room » and we had a room that looked like it was never cleaned (see images). The door of the room was broken so we couldn’t close it, and the host didn’t help when we asked questions about the park. They even lied to us when we asked if the park had a luggage storage (it had, but they said it didn’t so we could store our bags into the hotel without any security). We preferred pay (cancellation wasn’t free at this moment) and change hotel rather than staying. The fact that they didn’t look surprised when we announced it proved us we were right to do it.

The hotel is easy to find, not far away from Jiuzhaigou entering. Room is clean, no problem about hot water and heater is working very well. But they didn’t fill toilet paper so we use facial paper instead.
Anyway, it’s worth for everything! Price, location and reception can speak English. She help us to find parking spot for the way back. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is about a 20 minute walk to Jiuzhai National Park. The room was warm but the shower had no hot water.

Overall, it is worth the price. I can’t ask for more. The room is clean and the staff is very helpful. There’s many restaurants, milktea and supermarkets nearby, just walk around. There’s also a bus stop in front of the hotel which is 2 stations away from Jiuzhaigou entrance. I would recommend this hotel for budget travellers

The hotel is located on the main street of the town next to many restaurants. The entrance of the National Park is 700m away from the hotel.
The beds were comfortable and the room had a nice size.
The service was basic. No english for foreigners unfortunately.
The room was not so clean and the cleaning could have definitely made better.
All in all, it is ok to stay there. And it was ok for the price we paid.
