Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort! It is one of the most beautiful hotels that I’ve stayed. Room is nice and big.
On a side note, I would like to convey my appreciation for the hospitality Mr Andy (Restaurant Manager) showed to my family.
My family and I were having dinner at one of the restaurants outside of the hotel and it was a really bad experience - long wait for food (which they over promised), poor service and mediocre food.
Hence, my dad went back to the hotel for another light meal+drinks and met Mr Andy and was casually chatting with him about the experience we had.
Upon hearing his experience, Mr Andy was apologetic and wanted to make up for the poor experience - he didn’t have to be because it was not within the hotel’s purview.
The next morning, he made a note to his team and ensured that my family had sufficient light bites to be taken to Jiuzhaigou.
His hospitality is beyond amazing.
Thank you Hilton and Andy for the great and memorable experience at your hotel.

We would like to thank Lesly Tan, the reception supervisor of Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort. She makes us feel like returning home to a true friend who is approachable, generous, and kind. She would personally guide us when we asked for directions in Jiuzhaigou, and when we encountered issues with our bookings, she went above and beyond to assist us. Besides the breathtaking sights at Jiuzhaigou, we feel that our trip would not be complete without the beautiful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort and the extraordinary encounter with Lesly. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would definitely be back again!

Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan.
I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******.
The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request.
I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

The hotel didn’t quite meet the expectations set by its price or five-star claims. An additional issue was the persistent smell of smoke on the non-smoking floors throughout the 3 night stay, which was quite unpleasant.
the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Crowded ， breakfast selection and quality lower than expected for the price paid(2000 CNY per night ) . Soya bean drink made from a powder mix , and yet the machine always break down the 2 times I was there . Pillow and mattress uncomfortable , in fact the bed mattress was uneven in the contour resulting in poor sleep quality .

The hotel location is very good. You can take taxi around 15 mins to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Excellent service from Cecilia and her team. Warm greetings from staff when you arrive and whenever you meet them along the way made you feel at home and wanted to enjoy the holiday. Beautiful room with excellent view of the mountains.

Nicely furnished rooms which are clean and modern. Location is near the scenic area about 15-20mins, and restaurants located within the hotel. Sadly the outside resort area is currently undergoing maintenance which means most shops and and food options are limited. Service is friendly and welcoming. Gym facilities rather small

Outstanding majestic new property not too far away from Juizhaigou Unesco Nature Park and set within the Resort with branded shops such as Adidas, Nike, a Musuem etc etc. Ans HardRock Cafe too.
Right outside the resort is a whole row of eateries.
The room is generously stayed out in modern furnishings. We had a room that faces the lake and the mountain. It was glorious!
Food quality was 5* and aligned with the Hilton Brand of global properties.
And while the hardware was outstanding, I was even more impressed by a couple of individuals - ine was front desk Reception Ms Janice.
Her service was tops! We connected prior to Arrivals and I needed help with reservations out of Juizhaigou and transportations. She was so patient and delivered above and beyond! Truly upholding the Hilton brand. A valuable asset that Hilton should continue to groom.
Another 2 staff who should be recognised is Oscar from dining and Andy from front desk.
Both made our 3N stay extra memorable.
I will also like to mention the chefs at the main dining hall. We throughly enjoyed the alar carte yak burgers, buffet dinner and amazing spread of breakfast selections.
Oh yes....Mia- trainee at main dining hall was extra diligent and went to the back patisier to get vanilla cream when she realised it was not placed by the bread and butter pudding section.
