The location is nice, right beside the tourist area. The employees and owner are helpful and friendly. As it is in the winter mountain area, the room is warm and comfy.

The room is much older than in the picture, very dirty, with things left in the room. The window can't be locked, and there's a lot of dust.

The host has service-mind and the hotel location is not far from Jiuzhaigou entrance. There are many restaurants nearby. I love here.

Bathroom and hotelroom floor were not clean, hotel is noisy because of the thin walls. Besides that it's alright for the price and location is great to go to the national reserve

The receptionist arranged free transport to send me to the bus station at Xingyu International Hotel, really thankful!
She also packed my breakfast for me to bring along since I had to leave at 7am, appreciated!
The room is comfy including carpeted floor!

Owner is kind but staff in kitchen is bad. We came for breakfast at nine she said too late no more food just give us 1 boil egg.
