The Hilton Hotel is 1 kilometer away by car, and there are many restaurants around, and there is actually shopping.

Guest room: The key point of the guest room is to talk about it. Let’s start with entering the room. There is no door closer in the guest room. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The Internet Wi-Fi speed is relatively fast. The carpets are dirty. The bed is a bit high. Hair lotion, shower gel expired, guest supplies are relatively cheap (slippers are very thin, toothbrush lint, towels, bath towels are of poor texture), I gave a fruit plate (thank you very much, but the apple will be more perfect if you wash it), oh there is another one. Importantly, none of the service guide numbers in the room, such as 8899, 8888, 6666, etc., can be reached. Later, I found the hotel’s external phone number from Ctrip and it was dialed. The response speed of the service staff is indeed very fast, but Why is there no tooling? It is really hard to tell whether it is the staff or other guests. The shower is broken, and the water column hurts all over the body. It's probably the reason why it just opened on May 1st. I haven't had time to fix it

這個酒店還是主題酒店呢，每層樓的風格都不同挺有特色，酒店服務也很好，我們路上堵車很晚才到，酒店工作人員都一直等我們呢，也很熱情！設施也挺齊全的！

房間衞生特別乾淨，酒店房間有不同的風格，設施設備很齊全，特別是酒店的服務員，服務很周到，很貼心，值得入住。

酒店離景區15公里，開車20分鐘，房間設施還行，有空調，衞生間和洗漱間是分開的，洗澡水很大很舒服，早餐比較簡單

玩了三天整體都挺好的特別是九寨溝景色實在是非常漂亮。三天裏基本上沒趕上什麼不好的天氣，遊客流量也適中，整體下來相當舒適。團內導遊很盡職貼心，基本上有什麼問題私聊就都解決了。 之前跟旅行團有點刻版印象，這次不論是景區還是遊樂區意外的沒什麼抬價的情況（衹要自己辨別該不該買就好，景區內部飲食價格都是我覺得很平價的了）

剛訂酒店，酒店服務人員就給我打電話溝通了。到酒店後，前台小楊帥哥看到我是攜程鑽石客户，還專程送了水，熱情服務沒得説。這個酒店雖然離九寨溝景區還有10km左右，但如果是開車自駕非常方便，而且酒店也有接送車，性價比很高，很方便。

房間很好 很衞生 進入酒店就給人很舒服的感覺 服務人員的態度值得點贊 不管是前台服務員還是收拾房間的大姐 下次來九寨溝的話還會繼續預訂這家酒店 妥妥的好評！

家人五一來玩，訂了標間，酒店服務特別好提前打電話過來，加了微信發了位置，做的很周到，並且還了解到我們帶了小孩子特意給我們免費升級了親子房，真心不錯，推薦👍
