習慣好評吧，定的含早餐的，老闆説沒有早餐，也沒有熱水，老闆説水管爆了，房間空調不暖和睡覺半夜凍醒了，好在有電熱毯，衞生間馬桶壞的，也沒有梳子

房間真的很差，燈光昏暗，淋浴頭到處噴就是不往頭上噴，九寨很冷，空調還是壞的，廁所洗手池下水管還漏水，孩子都在廁所摔倒了，廁所窗户還關不上，外面的人都能打開翻進來，簡直差到極點，大家避坑，本來定了兩天，果斷退了一天，要不是孩子睡著了真想連夜退房

但是沒有熱水 放了很久的水也沒熱水
九寨溝遊客中心免費接送服務:完全沒有提供 進景區那天早上問老闆 老闆讓我們自己去坐付費的大巴車；臨走時問老闆能不能送我們去景交車乘車點 老闆拒絕 説下面太堵車了你們走過去吧 我們出了酒店到路邊壓根沒堵車…
如果本身就不提供 也沒什麼 説了會提供結果各種找藉口不提供 算是虛假宣傳了吧

名宿房間挺大挺寬敞的，那邊晚上還是蠻冷的，老闆蠻貼心的，在被子上面還鋪了一張厚厚的毛毯，毛毯應該是新置辦的。很新很暖和，去九寨溝都是老闆安排車子免費接送的

很一般很一般很一般，熱水衹有固定時段才有，我們房間的陽台還被雜物佔了，與圖片有差距，與老闆交談感覺他不太耐煩，總之不值這個價。訂別的吧。
