酒店環境非常好！很安靜，適合放空度假！酒店每位工作人員都很熱情！早餐也很不錯！除了離景區和市區有點遠之外再無任何可挑剔的地方，前台的小姐姐温柔熱情！尤其是前廳經理特別值得表揚！入住期間我家先生扭傷了腳，美女經理積極幫忙買葯，熱情問候讓人心裏暖暖噠！

The hotel is located about 60 km away from Jiuzhaigou Park, which makes it quite a long drive to reach the main attraction. There is an unfinished project beside the hotel, which affects the overall atmosphere. Although the room with a valley view was clean and comfortable, the hotel doesn’t quite feel like a luxury property. The corridor carpet looked dirty, and getting to the room was inconvenient. Many facilities are not operating.
The restaurant service was good, and the staff were accommodating to our taste preferences. Overall, it’s an acceptable place to stay, but the location, accessibility, and surroundings are not ideal.

Awesome Banyan Tree hotel in Jiuzhaigou.
Not in its heyday anymore due to some reasons, the occupancy rates are very low, which gives us the chance to be the only room being served on one day for our stay, we feel honoured to have the whole Banyan Tree hotel serving us.
Hope everyone can support the hotel, and hope this hotel can regain its glory days.
View is really good in the mountains, with snow mountains in background during March.

Up on the mountain cloud and away from the crowd, relax for the rest of the day. Great resort for couple as well as family.

Requires 1000 RMB deposit per night, the hotel was very empty and most of it was ‘closed’ off. Very spooky at night exploring these areas. Staff were very friendly and the views were amazing. The restaurant didn’t serve western food options for dinner but breakfast was very good
