首先第一個説的是前台 真的超級熱情 第一次來到這裏遇到很多困難都是她們幫我們解決掉的 其次經理人超級好 直接幫我們送到九寨溝門口 他一句玩得開心 直接印在心裏 這離九寨溝近 並且旁邊餐廳挺多的人 房間挺乾淨 酒店wifi很快 如果還能再來 一定會繼續選擇這裏的.

美麗九寨，多情雲海，酒店交通便利，設施齊全，服務超級好，老闆人很nice，還會接送散客去九寨門口，是一個性價比超高的酒店，值得推薦！

酒店工作人員非常熱情，服務周到。位置很好找，離景區門口很近，環境非常好。工作人員也非常好，第二天早上準備去景區，下雨了酒店工作人員還親自開車送我們去景區門口。以後再到九寨溝遊玩還住你們家。

停車方便，早餐每人限一個雞蛋，饅頭白粥配點辣小菜任吃。設施有點陳舊，衞生不太好洗手間自己洗刷了一遍才敢用

酒店盜用“雲天海大酒店”品牌，實際為鑫凱逸酒店，與雲天海酒店完全不在一個檔次，比如攜程上承諾的早餐、洗衣房、景區接送等都沒有，酒店正在裝修中，為了五一臨時弄幾間半成品房間出來，到處都是裝修過的灰及油漆，廁所下水道堵，洗個澡房間裏都漫着水，甲醛味特大，睡了身上特別癢，床單被套應該是不會換洗的，沒有礦泉水，紙也是皺巴巴的，明顯是打濕後重新晾乾的，服務人員態度極差

酒店外表看着大氣，位置也好找，但卻是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一！酒店房間很臟，沒有洗漱東西，沒有洗髮沐浴露（電話前台後去領了牙膏牙刷，送來罐裝洗頭的，沐浴露説沒有了）沒有乾淨的拖鞋，電視空調都是爛的，早餐也衹有稀飯饅頭榨菜，一人一個的水煮雞蛋都是去一個兇得不得了的中年婦女那領！酒店定成300左右，第二天就148了，這個差價也是牛！超級無敵差評！
