酒店的地理位置非常好， 離景點很近。房間很乾凈，床鋪舒適，讓人睡得很好。服務人員非常熱情周到，為客人提供貼心服務。酒店的設施十分完善，使用起來非常方便。另外這家酒店的早餐也非常好吃。總之，這是一家非常不錯的酒店，值得推薦！

沒有想到這家酒店房間挺不錯，開始沒有報多好希望，怕衹是照片拍的好，但有一説一，房間挺新的，衞生做的也很乾凈，老闆很好，服務特別好，來之前對比了很多家，最終選擇住他家，體驗感很不錯

酒店很好找離景區門口很久，大概10分鐘的路程，可以免費停車，房間乾淨衞生、安靜、水温好，交通便利，前台服務態度也很好。下次朋友來還推薦這個酒店。

酒店盜用“雲天海大酒店”品牌，實際為鑫凱逸酒店，與雲天海酒店完全不在一個檔次，比如攜程上承諾的早餐、洗衣房、景區接送等都沒有，酒店正在裝修中，為了五一臨時弄幾間半成品房間出來，到處都是裝修過的灰及油漆，廁所下水道堵，洗個澡房間裏都漫着水，甲醛味特大，睡了身上特別癢，床單被套應該是不會換洗的，沒有礦泉水，紙也是皺巴巴的，明顯是打濕後重新晾乾的，服務人員態度極差

房間很乾凈，床睡得很舒服。有地暖和空調，熱水也很足。服務態度好，有什麼需求前台都儘量滿足，走路到景區門口也衹用15分鐘，離景區特別近。下次來九寨溝還會再來的！

房間較小，空調壞的，淋浴的花曬不出水，沒有衣架晚上睡覺脱下的衣服沒處放，停車位在馬路下的凹地裏，景區回來車上全是灰。
