酒店盜用“雲天海大酒店”品牌，實際為鑫凱逸酒店，與雲天海酒店完全不在一個檔次，比如攜程上承諾的早餐、洗衣房、景區接送等都沒有，酒店正在裝修中，為了五一臨時弄幾間半成品房間出來，到處都是裝修過的灰及油漆，廁所下水道堵，洗個澡房間裏都漫着水，甲醛味特大，睡了身上特別癢，床單被套應該是不會換洗的，沒有礦泉水，紙也是皺巴巴的，明顯是打濕後重新晾乾的，服務人員態度極差

房間較小，空調壞的，淋浴的花曬不出水，沒有衣架晚上睡覺脱下的衣服沒處放，停車位在馬路下的凹地裏，景區回來車上全是灰。
