The hotel is very nice really close to the park entrance. As the foreigners were only recently allowed back to the park the hotel stuff didn't really know how to register me. But it was funny though. The room was cozy

The hotel’s service is very enthusiastic, helping us carry our luggage, pick up and drop off at the ticket entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area for free, and provide free parking. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned and comfortable with electric mattresses.

很好，位置在天堂口下車點旁邊，周圍都是餐廳，吃飯方便，去九寨溝走過去十幾分鍾，我們衹睡一晚第二天一早趕車，睡覺條件充足，還有電熱毯，一點也不冷，該有的東西都有，房間靠內院，不吵很安靜，我們10點就睡了，7點起的，這次睡得很好，接待的女子不知是不是老闆娘，很是年輕漂亮，皮膚好好哦，羨慕

體驗非常差！店家説的話前後不一，出爾反爾，顛倒是非，倒打人一耙，非常情緒化！一開始讓用洗衣機，然後晚拿衣服幾分鐘就説浪費她家的電，最後又説不可以用洗衣機誰讓你用洗衣機的（她那種洗衣機我壓根不會用，你們跟我説的怎麼用我就怎麼用，現在給我整這出）一開始説給你升級房間又沒收你錢，然後想用房間空調又説誰給你升級房間了，你房費那麼便宜還想用空調？這房費是我掛的嗎，沒給我升級房間，我自己拿鑰匙住進去不成？還有其它等等大小情況，受不了了當晚直接不住了，錢也不要了，晦氣的不行。如果有朋友想住這家酒店，奉勸不要跟店家有任何交流，也不要接受店家任何除了你訂單訊息以外的安排，否則這些都算是你欠她的，她想怎樣就怎樣，想怎麼説你就怎麼説你

客棧位置很好找，房間很乾凈，有電熱毯，空調，房間在最上面一層，也不吵，停車位隨然沒在客棧門口，但是老闆都是車接車送到停車位置的。

第一：不能洗澡、洗臉和沖廁所得靠老闆拎水來對付、缺水沖廁所得人工、澡不能洗還整的水都不敢喝了；第二、床單被套非常舊、好久沒洗過，枕頭上有前任旅客的頭髮，被子有之前旅客的體味、睡裏面氣味燻人；第三，睡到半夜三點，衞生間裏中水管在嘩嘩的往地上茲水，聲音非常大，非常吵人；第四、不是河景房、打開窗户、堵着的是一面厚厚的水泥牆，所謂的河景房不過是虛假宣傳；第五、到店後取消也可以、不過得收取消費.總之、非常糟心的一次住宿、住這還不如買一個床位住一個房間好幾個床位的青年旅社。

客棧離景區檢票口大門100多米遠，停車停在馬路邊上。初三凌晨到的時候氣温比較低，老闆提前幫忙把空調打開，但還是感覺有點冷，制熱效果不是很好。電熱水器無法使用，用的熱水是熱水壺燒開的，為了防止水管凍住，整晚都在放水，網絡信號差，電視無法看，環境一般，服務不錯，設施一般。
