the staff was patient and give good recommendation when requested. We weren’t satisfied with the first room on 1st night and requested for a change. the second room was acceptable. my husband left one side of the ear piece in the first room and have requested to search for it but to no avail to date.

Overall good stay. Polite and welcoming desk staff. About 10-15 mins walk to jiuzhaigou entrance. 3 restaurants which provides typical Chinese breakfast (bao, jiaozi, noodles etc.) just downstairs, taste good and prices are cheap too. KFC just a few steps walk.
Downside: shower and toilet area is separated by a transparent glass, cannot use both areas at the same time.

Room was excellent and clean! The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us a lot during our stay in the hotel. There are many restaurants near the hotel too! Def would recommend if ure looking for a place to stay in Jiuzhaigou!

Location is good. At the edge of Pengfeng village. Plenty of restaurants and mini markets around. About 1km to entrance of Juizhaigou scenic spot.
Room is clean and adequate in size. Modern amenities. Plus point. Hotel allowed me to check out late.
