No lift. Had to carry own luggages up 4th floor. No one from Trip checked on the hotel before listing it on its platform. Very poor and reckless on Trip

There is no hair dryer in the room, and it flooded as soon as I washed my hair. The drain was blocked because the hair of the previous guest was not cleaned up.
